My daughter and I were more stage oriented. We’d slap on “Pirates of Penzance” and take the roles. At ten, she could sing all of Maybelle’s pieces.
Is she the next Sophie Lloyd? Does she have a voice? Certainly can get audience attention – next Selena?
Sam Bush from the Newgrass Revival grew up in a musical family. His mother and father were good amateur musicians and his sisters sang. Sam is a mandolin virtuoso.
