Two tiers of justice: more on the Hunter Biden protection squad, plus a new Trump indictment?

Today, a former FBI supervisory special agent assigned to the FBI’s Wilmington office and the Biden criminal investigation confirmed key portions of the IRS whistleblower’s testimony. The night before the interview of Hunter Biden, both Secret Service headquarters and the Biden transition team were tipped off about the planned interview. On the day of the Hunter Biden interview, federal agents were told to stand by and could not approach Hunter Biden—they had to wait for his call. As a result of the change in plans, IRS and FBI criminal investigators never got to interview Hunter Biden as part of the investigation.

The Justice Department’s efforts to cover up for the Bidens reveals a two-tiered system of justice that sickens the American people. The Oversight Committee, along with the Judiciary Committee and Ways and Means Committee, will continue to seek the answers, transparency, and accountability that the American people demand and deserve.

Does that two-tiered system of justice “sicken the American people”? Half of them; what about the other half? Do they applaud it? Do they even know about it?

Speaking of those two tiers:

Would anyone be surprised if they indict Trump for incitement, despite the fact that he clearly is not guilty of it (see this by Jonathan Turley)?

And then there’s more evidence of the extent of Biden family corruption:

According to House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer (R-Ky.), the Biden family allegedly set up over 20 shell companies in an effort to launder millions of dollars paid by foreign entities…

“We found all these shell companies that make absolutely no sense,” Comer told Maria Bartiromo on Fox Business. “I don’t believe they have paid a penny of revenue, a penny of taxes on most of this… millions of dollars they received from our adversaries around the world.”

“But then the question is, what did they do to receive this money? How did they list that on their taxes? Is it a service they provided? As a capital investment? We don’t know.”

If Democrats controlled the House as well as the Senate, we would never know.

[NOTE: It’s extremely depressing to report on this stuff. But it’s no longer surprising. Maybe that’s why it’s so depressing.]

There exists considerable disagreement about the possible scheduling of the trials of the evil OrangeMan (how many are likely to take place before next year’s election?), but it is clear that the strategy from the Democrats is clearly to embroil Trump’s campaign in lawfare (costly and time-consuming), whilst engaging, through the media, in ceaseless coverage of the “criminally-charged” candidate. Leftists can hardly contain their excitement at the idea of their nemesis/presidential opponent’s perhaps being destined for at least one verdict of guilty and a sentence of prison.

  2. Neo, I believe you reside in Massachusetts, a state that voted 78% for Biden’s election. If I’m wrong, my apologies.
    That is a huge 78% majority that apparently seek to live under a Stalin, getting their only news from Pravda, aka the Globe.I have recently taken out a six month subscription to the Globe, and am appalled by its leftist bias AND the lack of real news.Nothing about Comer, McCarthy or the House; ZERO!
    My sister has lived in MA since college, and was admitted to MIT for architecture but did not finish. But I find she is today politically as ignorant as a bottle of milk. Oops, I meant carton!

  8. They won’t be going after Trump for inciting the riot on January 6th, they will try a conspiracy charge that he was trying to get Pence and Congress to challenge the electors. This is equally ridiculous, but it will keep Trump from using the fact that he told the crowd to be peaceful as a defense.

    None of the various charges, probes, investigations et al. are hurting Trump in the polls, however—his numbers have actually risen since the 37-count classified documents indictment dropped in June. Currently, a RealClearPolitics average of polls shows Trump at 54 percent in the race for the GOP nomination, with DeSantis at 20 and no one else even close.

    I’ve seen speculations that all of the legal argle-bargle is intended to do exactly this: make Trump the GOP nominee, because then Biden (or any other Democrat) would be a certain winner (are they not all that sure of the fraud-quotient this year?), but they might miscalculate — again.

  12. I would like to interview a Democrat (politician, pundit, journalist or voter) who isn’t evil or insane. I can’t find any (or they are pathetically ignorant/stupid). Seriously.

    So, I’d appreciate any help: 1) finding one, and 2) any suggestions on questions anyone might like them to answer.

    I realize that such an interview would be regarded as hostile. But I would be happy to have a liberal journalist interview me about my reasons for my political views. Are there any knowledgeable liberals willing to defend their assaults on the constitution, the rule of law and common decency?

  14. As I have said many times before, the greatest threat to a representative democracy is the citizenry voting for a national suicide.
    The election of Hugo Chavez as president of Venezuela in 1999 is an excellent example of this.

    Democrat voters could care less about the Stalinist show trials about to commence that WILL find Trump guilty or any of those other individuals they target for destruction. At a minimum, they will pursue their victims into bankruptcy. The Biden prosecutors will find a venue or a judge or a jury that will guarantee these sorts of results.

    ‘Show me the man and I will show you the crime;” as Stalin’s secret police chief, Beria, is purported to have said.

    The demokrats and their media pals care about only thing; the attainment of absolute power. It’s clear they abhor the US Constitution, esp., the bill of rights, and really everything about the USA.
    Unfortunately, the republicans stick their head in the sand when it comes to election fraud, agree to “reach across the aisle” when they are in power (you will never see demokrats do likewise when in power), and consistently address the opposition as my “colleague” from……. whatever.

    Hard to believe that any dumpublican identifies someone like Adam Shifty as “my colleague from …….”

    Some years back I resolved never, ever to vote again for any demokrat. I forget what I saw that prompted this decision. Maybe it was the show trial the dems put on when Clarence Thomas was nominated to the SCOTUS.

    So far, the dems have demonstrated and continue to demonstrate that I made the correct decision.
    Too bad the dumbpublicans keep bringing swimming pool noodles to the gunfights.

    If Democrats controlled the House and Senate “knowing” would be the least of our problems. DC and Puerto Rico would be states. There would be 15 Supreme Court justices. Ballot harvesting would be the law of the Nation. There would be no border and all immigrants would be citizens within 5 years. Abortions up till the minute of birth would be the law of the land. Children would be mutilated at any age, on-demand and paid for by the government.

    By psychopaths who are afraid, and like the thugs they are can ONLY respond by intimidating, threatening and persecuting their perceived opponents—that is, those who are exercising their freedoms and most dangerously for “Biden”, those seeking the truth that threatens to upend and unravel the elaborate coverups that DEFINE the Democratic Party and its sordid, criminal leadership.

    It is able to intimidate and threaten those truth seekers because it RUNS the corrupt DOJ, is supported by the Soviet-inspired Corrupt Media and is able to manipulate a very powerful and Infotech either naturally sympathetic to the Democrats’ needs and, if they’re not, then “persuaded” to be “sympathetic” to those needs.

    Meanwhile it is still able to garner support from the electorate because of its successful TOTAL demonization of its political opponents, which success is due the same TOTALLY CORRUPT Media as well as the takeover of a wide swath of government offices and department, which it has entirely weaponized and corrupted.

    Well, almost entirely. Several whistleblowers have slipped through the cracks and are trying to hold “Biden” accountable, which is why those whistleblowers will have to be ENTIRELY discredited and, if they persist, destroyed.
    IOW given the Trump treatment.
    The country is being run by treacherous, deadly—and SCARED—psychopaths, which has extrardinary power, though it has not yet cemented TOTAL power, which is its ultimate goal.
    Not a great combination by any means.
