The “Paul Ryan, liar” meme continueth — 5 Comments

  1. The New Yorker fact checking credentials do not trump Clint’s skit. 😉 And, very few who routinely read the New Yorker are going to vote for R&R. I am enjoying the panic on the left.

  2. More Leftist hatred: “The Eternal Jew”: banned in many countries now, but here with English titles: by the National Socialists.

This evil film reminds me of the attitudes the Left holds towards Southerners, Protestant Christians, Americans of conservative and patriotic bent.

Watch it for their tactics. They don’t change much, do they? And they always have to have a race to hate: an approved target for all their forbidden rage.

  3. I would just like to add that my point is that the attacks by the Left have turned into something far uglier, much darker, and more vicious than anything I’ve seen in my lifetime: we are now in Old World territory, and I fear for my country.

If any of you missed MSNBC talking head Chris Matthews screaming at the head of the RNC, Rience Priebus, check it out on Youtube.

It reminded me of nothing so much as the films of Stalin’s show trials where his prosecutors screamed threats and obscenities at the stunned (and innocent) prisoners in the dock.

  4. It seems the dems want to claim that if Ryan’s lips are moving he is lying. In their opinions even the and’s and the’s are lies. If someone didn’t watch the speech, they may be subject to accepting that version of things. My impression of things is that the 10% or so who are undecided are probably watching both conventions. The stridency and lack of substance on the democrat side may well be what tips the balance. I certainly hope so.

It really disgusts me that the election turns on the opinions of those few people who have never taken the time to form a core philosophy of life. It may be one of the major flaws in our form of electoral governance.
