  1. FLOYD TRIAL EXCULPATORY EVIDENCE OF EXPERT WITNESS COERCION SURFACES

via John Dale Dunn, JD, MD, American Thinker

“On July 29, District Court Judge Peter Cahill, the presiding judge in the trials of the four Minneapolis police officers indicted for the death of George Floyd, ordered the release of an exhibit memorandum that reveals a miscarriage of justice and criminal coercion of a witness.

“Dr. Roger Mitchell, the former deputy mayor and medical examiner of the District of Columbia and now the Chief of Pathology at Howard University Medical School, a traditional Black medical school, boldly intimidated and coerced Hennepin County Medical Examiner Dr. Andrew Baker into changing critical conclusory language in his autopsy report on the death of George Floyd.

“The exhibit is a written summary of Mitchell’s commentary and some admissions of coercion that he volunteered to Minnesota Attorney General Office prosecutors in November 2020. Mitchell’s perfidious conduct is discussed in this excellent article by Jack Cashill.

“Dr. Andrew Baker, an experienced and well-regarded Chief Medical Examiner for Hennepin County, conducted an autopsy on Mr. Floyd on May 26, 2020, the day after his death and reported later that day, ‘The autopsy revealed no physical evidence suggesting that Mr. Floyd died of asphyxiation or that excessive force was used in the restraint performed by the officers led by Officer Chauvin.’ ”

  2. Cats like pizza for breakfast too– here’s an Aussie cat (judging from the map of Australia on the pizza box at the end) eating an entire leftover slice of pizza, the crust as well as the toppings. As the video maker notes, “It was Dominos in case you were wondering.”

  3. Surprises left in sep nov oct december f9r my 2021 golden age prophecy.

Remeber that prophets do not make predictions. These are pivotal events that are engineered into place by the hands of god, and the words of god are merely a prelude.

America is being humbled. Humans dont have that power.

And donald as a human cannot be expected to take on satan dark state hydra alone.

Rise up or remaib as slsves for 26k years, humans. Your choicem only one chance, darkest before the dawn.

  4. Joe Biden’s Whitehouse plans to host automakers about the future of electric vehicles and does not invite Elon Musk or Tesla.

White House press secretary Jen Psaki was asked during the press briefing whether Tesla was being excluded from the event because its employees were not part of an automotive union.

“I’ll let you draw your own conclusion,” Psaki said.

Musk has publicly discouraged union efforts at Tesla. In March, the National Labor Relations Board called for the CEO to delete a tweet that was seen as threatening to labor organizers within the company.

Can’t let someone who hasn’t been sworn to omertà or can’t be held hostage behind the closed doors.

  5. What’s wrong with this stats. graphic? (It’s only MSN.com. What can you expect?)

It took me three readings to get it. It’s likely correct, but easily misunderstood.

They buried one or both of the ledes, which is that in the first 4 mo. of the year about 10% of the breakthrough covid infections led to hospitalization. The second lede is that breakthrough hospitalizations are way up in the second quarter of the year, compared to the first.

This is the article that used the graphic.

  6. America and Trump are only xenophobic in Jeb Bush’s Venezuela and Davos influenced mind. Who cares if China got X gold medals in diving events.

I enjoyed watching the skateboarding skate park events. I was surprised how many of the top athletes lived and trained in southern California, and then competed for other nations. Sky Brown lived and trained in Orange Co. and competes for G. Britain. Keegan Palmer lived and trained San Diego north county and competes for Australia.

    A nice article about Palmer.

  7. Whether you’re a cat, a parrot, or a person – nothing wrong with pizza in the morning. My cats eat pizza too – they’ll eat the crust eventually but not with the enthusiasm of that kitty cat.

  8. In the unlikely event we HAD leftover pizza (rare event with 5 teen boys), it was quite popular for breakfast, or lunch, the next day.
Sometimes now I even save myself a slice or two from supper.

I do wonder if Einstein gets enough immediate reinforcement to actually associate the words he, um, parrots with the foodstuffs he receives.
In which case, why is his owner giving him pizza in the first place? That can’t be a “natural” food for any animal.

  9. A couple of days ago, Griffin remarked, “On a side note I saw a comment by parker who I haven’t seen here in a long time. Perils of internet familiar people just disappear.”

Parker’s absence has been discussed occasionally, but it made me think that I haven’t seen anything by Spartacus in a couple of weeks or more – did I miss an “out on break” message, or has he been disappeared for being present at the Insurgency?

Kind of concerned, because he’s been a visible and vocal conservative election activist in real life, and he told us several times that he had attended some of the tailgate parties January 6.

This is the last of his comments that I bookmarked, and I saved quite a few of his excellent observations on the election.

Checking for other possible posts, I learned that he made the “majors” last year!
    https://www.americanthinker.com/articles/2020/09/courting_trouble.html

Judge Sullivan’s dilemma now is clear, as “I am Spartacus” posts in a comment at the new Neo.

I am Sparticus on September 25, 2020 at 11:43 pm said:
This disclosure seals the doom of the prosecution of Michael Flynn. …

It’s interesting that Feldman uses the corrected spelling that Spartacus changed to sometime after making the quoted comment. Who knew she read the meanderings at Neo’s Salon!
We’ll all have to up our game.

  10. I’m working on a gas can you can fill with electricity when your batteries goes dead on the highway.

    I’ll make a fortune!

  11. Well, I wasn’t going to say anything … much less boast … but this morning I had pizza for breakfast.

The trick with leftover pizza is to wrap it in foil immediately and put it in the freezer. Later heat a skillet to medium-high, cook the pizza until the bottom is hot and crisp, preheat a toaster over to 375 degrees, then reheat the pizza until the cheesy top and toppings are hot and gooey.

Yum. I almost prefer it to fresh from the pizza parlor.

BTW African grey parrots are spooky birds. IMO they are another level up from dogs and cats.

  12. Last night I fell down another internet rabbit hole. I think some commenter here recommended “Isaac Arthur” youtubes for Fermi Paradox material. Pretty amazing science/futurism stuff.

    https://isaacarthur.net

At first I thought Isaac Arthur was a made-up name based on Isaac Asimov and Arthur C. Clarke, but no, he’s a real person:

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Isaac_Arthur

I also wondered if the voice-over was computer-generated, but no, that’s him. He has a mild speech impediment.

    HuxleyBob says, check it out.

  13. AesopFan:

I’ve been wondering about Rufus T. Firefly, always a genial, interesting commenter.

Our man in Slovakia! (As I recall.)

I know he’s shown up a few times recently, but less so than in the past.

  14. huxley:

Yes, Rufus T. Firefly has been AWOL recently, hope all is well with him and his family. I hadn’t noticed that parker had posted a recent comment (Griffin noted that). hope that is also true.

Rufus had mentioned selling his house IIRC.

  15. You could always do the Glaswegian Thing and deep-fry your pizza leftovers.

    Zaphod:

Sounds like the Glaswegian Thing is close to the New Orleans Thing.

Back in the 2000s my old roommate, from when I lived there, told me the new Thanksgiving tradition in NOLA was to *deep fry* the *whole turkey.*

This required a special winch and massive pot setup plus gallons of hot oil. Many locals were severely burned while working the bugs out.

But I hear the turkey is amazingly crisp and juicy.

  16. huxley:

Tom Grey is the man in Slovakia, his wife is a medical professional of some sort.

  17. @huxley:

Deep-fried Turkey sounds like a solution in search of a problem.. except that when I think about it, the problem was there. Nobody wants to sit around waiting forever for a turkey to get all roasted listening to a bunch of bores declaiming about their special turkey-roasting techniques. Deep-frying is Pythonic: There’s One Way to do It ™.

I’d like to try the fabled Turducken just once in my life.

  18. Nobody wants to sit around waiting forever for a turkey to get all roasted listening to a bunch of bores declaiming about their special turkey-roasting techniques.

    Zaphod:

True. Then the possibility of the turkey coming out all dry and everyone being polite about it.

Deep-fried turkey, I read, is bing-bang — 45-60 minutes to cook, 20 minutes to cool. Plate it with the sides and pop open another Dixie beer.

Once you’ve seen the French Quarter, there’s not much to do in New Orleans besides eat and drink. For most people that’s enough.

    Good Python joke!

  19. @Huxley: Once you’ve seen the French Quarter, there’s not much to do in New Orleans besides eat and drink. For most people that’s enough.

Unless you lived there during your high school years but didn’t like to drink alcohol.
Then the NO public library and the Tulane library became great weekend attractions for either term papers or pre-internet enquiring minds.
