The history of the 2020 election challenge cases — 27 Comments

  1. It’s easier to commit the fraud than to stop it or prove it because like the See No Evil monkey not 1 court wanted to look for or at it.
    And HR1 will make it law to always happen again.
    244 years was a good run but it wasn’t going to last forever.

  2. Patrick Byrne, a very bright and very well-educated entrepreneur (Overstock.com) has published a book entitled The Deep Rig: How Election Fraud Cost Donald J Trump the White House, by a Man Who Did Not Vote for Him. This, along with the economist Peter Navarro’s much shorter report (The Immaculate Deception), would appear to be the most substantive writing thus far on the topic of last year’s stolen election.

  3. The federal judiciary totally failed America. And so did the FBI.

    The Dems engaged in a crime so big that they knew no one would have the guts and will to catch them.

    And, yes, read Deep Rig. Highly recommended.

    And I’m very pissed off at Fox and Tucker for not having Patrick Byrne on TV. Rush would be talking about it.

    Neo, please read this book. Quick read. Cheap.

    Everyone here use neo’s AMZN portal to buy this digital book. $3.99.

  4. Sarah Hoyt’s latest weekend cri d’cour amplifies the stakes of HR1 for the future.

    In comments at accordingtohoyt, she writes this reply:
    “That’s my impression. ‘After HB 1 becomes federal law, we can do anything we want, so let’s disarm the people.’

    accordingtohoyt says:
    March 12, 2021 at 9:33 pm
    That OBVIOUSLY is the strategy.”

    These are serious, dangerous times. Easily the most since the Cuban Middle Crisis, the height of the Cold War.

    Only more so. Because the enemies are inside the gate, manning the gate — not outside, like them Good Ole Days.

  5. I believe that Trump got the most legal votes in the 6 fraud states.
    It’s a fact that there were many challenges, and many affidavits of irregularities – probably the most ever in the history of US elections. (not talked about)

    Those who have different beliefs have different opinions. I can’t prove mine. They can NOT prove theirs.
    For every one who says “It’s a FACT that there was not widespread fraud”,
    I say: Prove it.
    They say: YOU prove it.
    I say: I believe it – if you want me to believe something else, show me the facts.

    So sad.

    Too many elite Reps, the GOPe, wanted Trump gone.
    Big victory for deep state – big loss for freedom.

  6. In the Courts refusing to consider Trump’s Election Claims on the merits they have not only delegitimized themselves but have committed treason for they enabled a treason that has mortally wounded constitutional governance.

  7. The anger is palpable. As many know I was at Detroit and saw the fraud. I was at the Jan 6th rally (best tailgate ever) and saw the injustice. All I can say is work work work towards fixing this system and when we take power again be merciless like they are with the Capital Hill trespassers.

    https://meaninginhistory.blogspot.com/2021/03/things-fall-apart.html (see my solution. Posted as Spartacus)

    The solution is to return to the pre-COVID rules and this time enforce them. As it is the GOPe at risk they are paying attention.

    Also another summary of lawsuits I found useful.

  8. Skip on March is entirely correct. The America we knew as a Republic is dead, smothered by the HR 1 pillow.

    The State of Texas has “no standing” to be heard by SCOTUS? on a 9-0 vote? Thomas and Alito, where were you hiding? Afraid of the NG troops “guarding” you, perhaps?

    Judges are there, er, were there, to dispense the rule of law by having cases HEARD in courtrooms.
    Not no more.

  9. Many in the judicial system simply agreed with the Dems and so refused to hear the cases. For the others they were the monkeys who saw what the the Dem [farmers] did with their Antifa/BLM/Cancel Culture [axe] to the various chickens all year and decided they would stay live monkeys not dead chickens.

    The assumption behind and the purpose of this year+ of political terrorism is to make those who, so far escaped, compliant to any future demands by those who control the terrorists. I pray that assumption will be shown to be false.

  10. Sorry to mention but the American republic already gone the moment an ineligible candidate (with a non-citizen father, dubious university financing, possible use of a foreign passport for travelling, unexplained social security no.) got the 8 years to fasten the destruction of the system.

  11. Based on overwhelming evident of vote fraud, we now have a legal, but not a legitimate government.

    Democrats and the MSM (pardon the redundancy) pretend that Biden was legitimately elected, and are asking Trump supporters to join them in the charade. They should be advised that even if the rest of joined their pretense, the current regime would still be illegitimate.

    If Democrats actually want legitimate governments in the future, and I see little sign that they do, they’ll need to enact meaningful election reform measures that they have heretofore opposed. Needless to say, H.R.1 would enshrine illegitimacy in perpetuity.

  12. That the courts refused to review the merits of the allegations of fraud, and the Democrats eagerly support and defend (and mischaracterize) that refusal, are the clearest indicator to me that the election was stolen from President Trump – and the American people. Thus, Joe Biden will forever be considered an illegitimate holder of the office of president.

  13. Sorry to mention but the American republic already gone the moment an ineligible candidate (with a non-citizen father, dubious university financing, possible use of a foreign passport for travelling, unexplained social security no.) got the 8 years to fasten the destruction of the system.

    He was born in Honolulu to a mother whose citizenship was unquestioned. Will you take this silliness somewhere else?

  14. “…and the Democrats eagerly support and defend (and mischaracterize) that refusal…”

    AND went to consummate lengths to render the vote UNVERIFIABLE.

    (Which no doubt they would characterize as “transparency”…or claim—with all the righteous indignation that they could muster—that one does NOT have to verify something so obviously legal…NO, ONE DOES NOT, NOT AT ALL…)

  15. Obama’s mother was a US citizen, which makes Obama a US citizen from birth. The fact that some promo blurb (for his first book), and possibly his Harvard records, indicate he was from Kenya or somewhere else, should be highlighted as dishonest hypocrisy, but not as making Obama ineligible to be President. Just as Warren lied about being a Native American, and benefitted from that lie, it’s probable that Obama got some dishonest benefits. That should be the real, but quite small, scandal.

    We need the truth. True Truth. False complaints about our dishonest opponents doesn’t help the side of Truth win. We want to be on the side of Truth.

    The truth about elections is that, once false ballot papers are mixed with clean ballots, there is no way to separate them nor prove that the outcome is false and dirty; nor prove that it’s clean and true.

    Election results are believed or not, based on the processes, especially of choosing which ballots to count.

    Every day since the election I’ve had multiple sad / angry thoughts about how the election was stolen. The lies of the gov’t, leading to more lies, makes my belief stronger. What to do about it?

    Create a parallel Republican economy. Where Reps have a high sticker price, but give other Reps secret discounts for services. Where Reps boycott the worst Dem/ Woke businesses, and especially Big Tech.
    Maybe MeWe, Parler & Gab, instead of FaceBook & Twitter.
    Certainly Brave or other non-Chrome and DuckDuckGo and NOT Google.

    We Truth-loving folk are now an anti-elite persecuted “minority” of Public decision makers (tho possibly a majority of real people – tho most would NOT identify as this.) We need to be getting more organized about how to survive the increasingly intolerant persecution.

    I believe it was stolen. Prove me wrong…

  16. As those EOs keep coming…
    https://pjmedia.com/instapundit/438018/

    First Step: Steal an election…and call it “The people have spoken! In fact, our candidate has ‘won’ a record number of votes!!…demonstrating ‘unprecedented popularity!!'”
    Second Step: Pass laws that make the election process totally corruptible and crooked…and call it “Human Rights” or “Voting Rights” or “True Democracy in Action” or whatever. (The “good news” here is that at least the Democrats won’t have to steal an election ever again!)
    Third step (of many): Hollow out the military…and call it “Human Rights”.
    Fourth step (of many): Make the borders totally permeable…and call it “Human Rights”.
    Fifth step (of many): Destroy the education system…and call it “Anti-Racism” and “Humanism” or whatever.
    Etc….

    All in the name of “Morality” (or whatever).
    (And they truly believe they’re fooling us.)

    The country is in trouble. (Yes, I realize that’s the plan, but still….)

  17. I’m afraid that Skip is right. Oh, it will go on kicking and running in circles for some time to come. But the Constitution is now dead and the rule of law has been subjugated to the whims of the Elites who now rule this nation.

    R.I.P.

  18. Once more acknowledge that this is becoming a war, perhaps Truth will become a casualty?

    It’s been known to happen.

    And so many of our betrayers (I’m looking at you, Paul Ryan) have been big on “That’s not who we are” as they enable oppression and injustice.

  19. The woman, alas, just cannot stop lying.
    It’s always Trump’s fault!!
    (Maybe she’ll surprise us one day?… No, not very likely…)
    Sigh.
    Yawn….
    https://www.theepochtimes.com/democrats-republicans-blame-each-other-over-border-surge_3732548.html

    This is, of course, why Cuomo isn’t being criticized by his fellow Democrats and the loyal media for endangering the lives of all those senior citizens. That was a good thing because he was able to blame Trump for it, adding all those dead seniors together with all the fictitious COVID deaths, thus padding the number for the sake of the election.

    Were it not for his macho inclinations, he’d be a hero. Well, he already is a hero…except that…well…

    That’s right. Abusing women is far, far worse than contributing to the death of thousands.

    And there you have it!

  20. Hi, Tom Grey. You said above:

    We Truth-loving folk are now an anti-elite persecuted “minority” of Public decision makers (tho possibly a majority of real people – tho most would NOT identify as this.) We need to be getting more organized about how to survive the increasingly intolerant persecution.

    As it happens, I was just thinking yesterday about the potential for persecution in the developments of our times. Granting that I’m coming at this question now from an Orthodox Christian perspective, not a conservative political one, thinking of when the Lord talked about the persecutions to come, it seems to me that there’s a useful distinction to be made between discrimination and persecution.

    I don’t exactly know what the difference is yet – not fully sure I would credit the dictionary definitions fully, since we now know that ‘dictionary definitions’ can be rewritten practically in real time – but intuitively, and especially in the context of Jesus’ description of what He was referring to, there may be some element of physical violence visited upon the persecutee, for example.

    Built into the Biblical usage (considering the Greek in both OT and NT here) is also a notion of the persecutor going out of his way to pursue or drive the persecutee away. There is also a feeling, it seems to me, that persecution need not be regarded as limited to physical forms of attack.

    I was thinking about this because I was pondering a future of being discriminated against and wondering what I should do about it. I’ve had the germ of some ideas already, but right at the moment it strikes me that discrimination and persecution are distinct and that this is meaningful because I think I am directed to react as a Christian to these in different ways.

    Another reason that I find the distinction significant is that if we have on the one hand political discrimination, say, but religious persecution, that may mean that different people of the same political persuasion will be moved to react to that specific set of circumstances in divergent ways depending on which coordinate, political or religious, matters more to them. Likewise, if the climate is characterized by religiousdiscrimination with political persecution simultanous, that may produce yet another set of reactions.

  21. Looks like the US is about to be hit (about?) by a perfect storm of scandals, that is, it will be affected by a supersaturation of decisions/laws/legislation that would be scandalous if things were more or less normal.

    But things are not normal. And the Democrats have ensured that their strategy is one of “no holds barred”.

    So when is a scandal not a scandal?

    When one is powerless to do anything about it, perhaps.

    IOW a tyrannical situation—a reality of tyranny—buttressed by multi-dimensional Democratic Party lying, constant media cover-ups and massive Infotech censorship.

    Such rampant dishonesty has already been seen, of course, e.g.,
    the call of “Biden” for national unity, the denial of “Biden” (and “his” press secretary) that there is a crisis on the southern border;
    Pelosi’s bizarre blame of Trump for the crises (given the denial by “Biden” that a crisis exists and the fact that the current crisis resulted directly from a decision clearly made by “Biden);
    the denial by “Biden” that a vaccine was developed in record time because of Trump’s policies; and the related denial by “Biden” that a program of vaccination began while Trump was still in office;
    the ignoring of Cuomo’s murderous COVID policies in favor of his predilection for bullying young women (and the similar ignoring of the records of other Democratic Governors regarding their murderous COVID policies);
    the disaster that is HR1 being touted as national salvation;
    the decision by the military to publicly berate a journalist for the latter’s criticism of policy;
    the ongoing obscene clown show of keeping Washington DC behind wire fences, and protected by a National Guard that is not being provided with basic supplies;
    the obfuscation of the events of the Capitol breach on Jan. 6th and the concommitant refusal to reveal the cause of death of Officer Sicknick as well as details of the death of Ashli Babbit;
    etc.

    And I’ll go out on a limb and say, “We ain’t seen nothing yet”.

    This systemic lying, covering up but particularly the saturation of scandals is the modus operandi of the Obama administration and—now—the Democratic Party, which he has “fundamentally transformed” in his image.

    “Fast and Furious” was and intricate deception.
    So was the IRS scandal.
    The JCPOA deception was even more impressive, with its bold lying and well thought-out, international theatrical pretenses.
    The blindside (but only for those who weren’t expecting it) hit-job on Israel, AKA UN Resolution 2334, as the clock was running out on the Obama administration (which some analysts connect, at least in part, to Obama’s hit-job on Michael Flynn) is just another example of exquisitely and immaculately planned “payback” by POTUS 44 and his government of thugs.

    Which segues seamlessly into the weaponization and corruption of government institutions by that most unscrupulous of administrations.

    But all of these were NOTHING in comparison with the intricacy, depth, elaborateness breadth and scope of Russiagate…which itself paled in comparison to the massive and carefully, if wretchedly, contrived operation to steal the 2020 elections.

    Each had its own accoutrements of cover up at various levels. And each, of course, was given maximum protection by the corrupt media.

    There is thus, given these loathsome precedents, every reason to believe that now, with the Democrats in the catbird sea—fondling the “ring” that they believe they have firmly, and rightly, in their grasp (though at the expense of the potential destruction of the Republic)—they will wreak the destruction they rationalize is in fact redemption upon the country they purport to love even as they wreak vengeance upon those whom they fervently believe—overcome as they are with toxic projection—to be their implacable enemies.

    To paraphrase Lincon, a house divided by such perverse, divisive and shameless dishonesty cannot stand. Cannot endure.

    Something will have to give.
    But what?

  22. A comprehensive explication of why the Democratic Party of the USA has become—has been fundamentally transformed into—an anti-American party,and why America is now experiencing its biggest crisis since the Civil War:
    https://www.firstthings.com/article/2020/11/postconstitutional-america

    And the Democratic, well know it; in spite of all their blustering, sputtering, posturing and lies—particularly because of their tactical (though it appears compulsive) need to lie and to censor “dangerous” criticisms and contrary opinions.

    And knowing it well, they likewise know that they must conceal it, disguise it, so that, in fact, DECEPTION is their dogma.

    (Note that everything written by the author of the above, Nathan Pinkoski, is extraordinary).
    H/T Powerline blog—which actually linked to the following article:
    https://www.firstthings.com/article/2021/04/history-never-ended

  23. Though mentioning the wall-to-wall lying of the Democratic Party above (along with that of the media and Info-tech sector that serve, essentially, as the party’s Praetorian Guard), it must be said that occasionally, if inadvertently, they do let Truth trickle out:
    https://www.blazingcatfur.ca/2021/03/09/biden-aide-coronavirus-pandemic-best-thing-that-ever-happened-for-democrats/

    Which explains why Cuomo (and other governors, e.g., Whitmer, Fox and Murphy, etc.—loyal soldiers all) must be, if privately, hailed, and provided protection, at all costs.

    IOW why Cuomo is being attacked, officially, ONLY because of his predatory “excesses” and not for his cold-blooded, calculated, murderous decision-making.

    His—and their—decisions leading to the deaths of thousands are, in truth, considered heroic necessities which were essential for the electoral coup against Donald Trump—and the nation—to succeed in November 2021.

    Which explains the behavior and responses of the upper echelons of the “Biden” administration (and Democratic Party leadership) and which may well enable the “embattled” governor to weather the current storm; though if it does, it will require him to offer some convincingly abject apologies (for which he’ll have to rehearse conscientiously) while pledging never to even contemplate doing anything similar in the future. (With the added likelihood of blaming Trump as the one who caused the calamity and the stress that led to Cuomo’s inconceivable loss of judgment, etc., etc.)

  24. And Bingo!

    File under: “Biden” giveth, and “Biden” (oh doth “he” ever!) taketh away…. Blessed be “Biden” “who”, forsooth needeth all the Divine Guidance “he” can get… (thy mileage may vary).

    P.S. “November 2021” in the previous comment should be November 2020).
