Andrew Branca will be covering the Chauvin trial at Legal Insurrection — 9 Comments

  1. If people really cared about George Floyd, they would be pushing for getting rid of fentanyl. That’s what killed him.

  2. expat: “If people really cared about George Floyd, they would be pushing for getting rid of fentanyl.”

So true. And yet, the progs are going the other direction. The legislature in WA is going to make it legal to possess drugs of any kind. In other words, addiction will now be considered an alternative life style. This is libertarian philosophy used to decriminalize selling poison to other humans. Life expectancy will continue to decline.

IMO, the Chauvin trial will illustrate just how far off the rails our justice system is veering. I hope I’m wrong.

  3. @expat:

They’re not going to launch a war against Fentanyl whilst a single member of the White Working Class is still above ground.

  4. Powerline has some attorneys in the Minny area who have ears to the ground and look at various local sources.
Branca will be on Legal Insurrection.

  5. Chauvin has already been convicted. His trial a kabuki show for the dem’s black base. Perhaps 1 in 100,000 will learn of Branca’s reportage.

  6. Look at the medical exaniners report. George Floyd had a lethal dose of fentanyl in his blood and his lungs were full of fluid. He drowned. This legal system is just corrupt and dishonest.

  7. Chauvin has already been convicted.

Unless the prosecutor hits the jackpot, there should be a critical mass on the jury blocking a conviction, as the charges are utter humbug. The Powerline guys are of the opinion that they’ve drawn a real judge rather than an Obama judge. His one squirrely ruling was denying a change of venue.

They may attempt to retry him and the feds will be filing more humbug charges against him. They’re already trying to flay him and his estranged wife on a tax charge that beggars belief.
