And the new chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee will almost certainly be… — 6 Comments

  1. He is only 2.0 on some topics, unfortunately, and is still working with the Democrats on issues where he agrees with them.
He just doesn’t want them to be in charge officially.

“Well, so much for hoping Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., had finally resolved to stop making deals with devils. There was a hope that Graham was moved by the Democrats’ despicable character assassination of Brett Kavanaugh to realize that the cabal of leftists is irredeemably power-hungry and cannot be trusted. But no, Lindsey “Grahamnesty” is back in action, urging President Trump and other Republicans to strike a deal with Democrats on DACA amnesty in exchange for wall funding.”

Reading elsewhere indicates this is another amnesty first, enforcement after deal.

  2. A deal with DACA and wall finding was Trump’s position. The Democrats, due mostly the TDS, refused it. Eventually, I would be OK with a legalization of those with good records about legal matters and English assimilation. But the Wall and border security must come first, not like 1986.

I doubt the Democrats will ever go along with that, certainly not while Trump is in office.

  3. The NEW Lindsay. Kick ass.

New federal district court judge nominated from Nebraska and I know him. Good guy. Well qualified.
