As the saying goes, you can go to the well just so often. I and many others have had the race card played on us once or twice too often to fall for it when Obamessiah does it.
Judging by the poll response, a lot of people have had the race card played on them, and at least once too often.
The less the white person knows people belonging to a minority, the easier it will be for a minority to successfully play the race card.
The less that a minority person knows the white person, the more likely that the minority will play the race card.
Obama was apparently the first to compare himself to Paris Hilton. From the Washington Post Feb 2005

The new senator from Illinois is dazzling another venue, in this case the Gridiron Club. It is early December and Obama won’t start his new job for a few weeks. But he comes well steeped in the basic physics of hype.
If it is racist for McCain to compare Obama to Paris Hilton, what does that say about Obama, when he compares himself to Paris Hilton?
Hopefully, by the time we vote in November, he won’t still be fooling enough people to get elected.
