Between 6 and 15 people reported to have been shot and killed in Munich shopping center — 31 Comments

  1. Islam hasn’t changed one bit since 1972. Or 772.

The terrorists still on the loose.

  2. Good thing they have the gun laws that the left wishes we had here… look how much safer they were…

  3. Imagine if there was no Islam. Our biggest problem would be what?

    other people…

    Russia and China.

  5. The latest I’ve heard are that six people have died. They really don’t know anything more concrete yet.Apparently the shopping center has lots of trees and shrubs around it, so it was possible for the shooter (s?) to hide and make his way into the city center. Public transportation has been shut down, and people who can’t get home are trying to find places to stay. Anything more than this is speculation.

This photo shows how stupid the police are / yes, bunch up, that way, if the shooter misses one guy, he has many others to hit

WEAPONS ARE NOT A PROBLEM WITH AN OPEN BORDER CONCEPT LIKE THE EU…

Gun legislation in Germany is considered among the strictest gun control in the world
The current law, the German Weapons Act (German: Waffengesetz), dates from 1972, and includes as well as modifies previous gun laws. This statute regulates the handling of knives, firearms and ammunition as well as acquisition, storage, commerce and maintenance of weapons. It also defines certain forbidden items such as nunchakus, switchblades and brass knuckles and bans their possession and distribution.

maybe give out a pamplet to the people they just imported rather than free money?

i think the terrorists missed the memo..

MUSLIM EYEWITNEES HEARD KILLERS SHOUT ‘ALLAHU AKBAR’…
A Muslim woman told CNN that she heard the gunman yell: “Allahu Akbar,” yet video footage showed a gunman ranting against foreigners and Turks, suggesting a Neo Nazi attack.

Children were said to be targeted.

I know this because I am a Muslim.

I saw the shooting of children, who were sitting down to eat.

    They could not run.

It’s a good reminder of something I’ve said over the last few weeks.

Our way of life, our freedoms, our ability to go about our daily lives, to raise our kids, to see them grow up and leave – I’m sorry, I’m getting too personal.

That all depends on law enforcement.

Obviously we have gone through a really tough time in the last few weeks, on a whole lot of fronts.

  8. Germany took in more than 2million people last year — equivalent to the populations of Houston, Brisbane or Paris

A record 2.14 million people moved to Germany last year, a 46 per cent increase from 2014 after an influx of refugees, the Federal Statistics Office said.

The figure represents the populations of Houston in the US, Brisbane in Australia or Paris, France.

It said around 45 per cent of the 2.14 million immigrants who arrived in Germany last year were citizens of other European Union countries, 13 per cent were from non-EU European countries, and 30 per cent were from Asia, mainly from Syria, Afghanistan and Iraq. Five per cent were from Africa.

The Interior Ministry said earlier this year that 1.1million migrants entered Germany last year with the aim of seeking asylum but the number of migrants who applied for asylum last year was much lower at 476,649. Those who wish to seek asylum have faced delays in making their applications.

It was not immediately clear whether the numbers from the statistics office were based on that data.

A record 998,000 people left Germany last year, a nine per cent increase compared with 2014.

That led to net migration of 1.14 million, also an all-time high figure, the Statistics Office said.

In June The Dalai Lama said Europe risks losing its identity by taking in too many migrants and warned: ‘Germany cannot become an Arab country.’ Tibet’s spiritual leader said refugees should only stay temporarily and return home to rebuild their countries when the conflicts have ended.

The Dalai Lama, who has himself lived in exile for over half a century, said: ‘When we look into the face of every single refugee, especially the children and women, we can feel their suffering.

‘A human being who is a bit more fortunate has the duty to help them. On the other hand, there are too many now.’

In an interview with German newspaper Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, he said: ‘Europe, for example Germany, cannot become an Arab country. Germany is Germany. ‘There are so many that in practice it becomes difficult.’

He said ‘from a moral point of view too, I think the refugees should only be admitted temporarily’. ‘The goal should be that they return and help rebuild their countries.’

  9. Badaboom, Badabing.

Btw, any Democrat Generals around to ensure we have enough troops to solve this little issue?

From G6, an interesting link about Persia, before Islam destroyed and conquered their civilization, replacing it with Islam.

The same way Indian numerals are stolen by the Arabs and called Arab numerals. The same way Constantinople was renamed by Muslim conquering rapists, into Istanbul.

There’s no Library of Alexandria contents left after Islam burned it either. In Islam, lack of proof is created when they burn all the religious and government and art documents. Then they will say “There is no historical source of this letter”.

Islam, like the Left, hijacks and then claims that their conquered slaves and civilizations, were produced by the Glory of their Allah, who is called the Greatest God of them all. Greater than the God of the Jews and the House of Israel. Greater than the God of Jesus Christ. Greater than the Leftist alliance’s death cult God even.

They demonstrate the might of their god by cutting your heads off. Isn’t that glorious.

  11. Right wing terrorists do not yell ‘Allahu Akbar’, nor do they target children.

But our biggest problem is not Islam or even ‘Islamic radicalism’.

Nor is our biggest problem Russia or China.

Our biggest problem is not illegal immigration or Muslim migration or disastrous trade policies.

Though they are all threats, our biggest problem is internal, as it keeps America from an effective response to those threats.

Our biggest problem is the Left and its liberal useful idiots that enable their agenda.

  12. Right wing terrorists do not yell ‘Allahu Akbar’, nor do they target children.

Ever hear of Anders Breivek… come on GB, get with the program.

White nationalists don’t go out of their way to target children, but that depends on what their targets are.

  13. Nothing instills terror more than intentionally attacking children and an attack at a mall is all about instilling terror in the public. One right-wing nutjob is an anomaly, whereas coordinated attacks by multiple fanatics are an indicator of an ideological campaign of terror.

Personally, my analysis is done using other methods than statistical luck rolling the dice, based on majority of incidents. I use a parallel track system. Create a simulation where the attack is Islam. Then create another where it is some kind of operation, gone bad, by nationalists or anti Islam or separatists. Then run the courses parallel to each other and check. Very easy.

It avoids things like biases or roll of the dice luck.

As for nothing instills terror than that type of attack… that’ll depend on what kind of population you are targeting. Warrior cultures tend to train their six year olds on how to fight and defend the home and self, using modern weapons and techniques.

  15. Except that you’re the one who brought up Breivek as statistical evidence that right wing terrorists do target children…

But I agree, statistical analysis isn’t applicable in determining whose responsible.

Instead, thoughtful consideration (whether through a deliberative process or intuitive) results in comparing the various factors that identify which scenario is most likely to be definitive.

Suicidally, Europeans abandoned their Warrior Cultures and ours is increasingly emasculated. Whereas Russia and China will successfully resist Islam.

  16. Since we have been following the Turkish Coup here, it’s worth taking a look at how that connects with the European jihad crisis:
    http://carolineglick.com/turkey-and-nato-the-end-of-the-line/

“Erdogan has turned a blind eye to al Qaeda. And he has permitted IS to use Turkey as its logistical base, economic headquarters and recruitment center. Earlier this year the State Department claimed that all of the 25,000 foreign recruits to IS have entered Syria through Turkey.

Then there is Europe. For IS, Turkey has been a two way street. Fighters have entered Syria through Turkey and returned to Europe, through Turkey. Turkey is behind the massive inflow of Syrian refugees to Europe.

German Chancellor Angela Merkel tried to cut a deal with Erdogan that would stem the flow. Erdogan pocketed her economic concessions and did nothing to stop the hemorrhage of refugees to Europe.”

  17. Re your comment about businesses posting “Gun Free Zones”: Here in TN a new law went into effect July 1 that holds such businesses responsible. Yet one more reason we moved out of New England!

Tennessee’s Senate Bill 1736 states that if any handgun permit holder is wounded, killed, or incurs financial loss, expense, property or any other kind of compensable loss on a site posted to restrict firearms, the person can sue the individual or entity that created the gun free zone, Bearing Arms reports.

  18. Cornhead:
“Imagine if there was no Islam. Our biggest problem would be what?”

    Marxists. And their centralizing autocrats.

Reading Qutb’s seminal work, it looks like a Marxist revolutionary movement. It operates like one, too.

  19. AesopFan,

Regarding Erdogan and ISIS, your comment points to the problematic nature of the ISIS part of Trump’s nomination speech.

Trump isolates the issue on ISIS despite compelling evidence and analysis that ISIS has been in significant part, if not wholly, a purposeful instrument for the state/regime interests that Trump sides with.

  20. AesopFan,

Thanks for your link to the poster. Definitely points to live by.

  21. Except that you’re the one who brought up Breivek as statistical evidence that right wing terrorists do target children…

Someone has to bring up evidence to challenge your personal facts, GB. And no, it’s not a statistical argument. It’s one of those “you are wrong, GB” arguments.

  22. Degrees of separation: A family in our church had a German exchange student several years ago. One of the Munich dead was this kid’s cousin.
    That’s three degrees of separation.
Expand that to four degrees and one of the dead is a friend of the cousin.
Four degrees includes a lot of people, one way or another.
