Why didn’t they… — 22 Comments

  1. I think you mean the person Kyle Smith confused with Kathy Bates as the new nominee.

  2. You keep accusing this and that for different reasons although all are valid reasons most will agree on, but there is very simple fact here, this blog yours which you control it, you block any one differ in his view especially when it comes to neocons/Israelites.

So imagine you are position holding power you do as same as if not worse than they do but with your narrow mind.

  3. I just knew Tatyana would weigh in on this thread!
    I voted for Caminker too.

  4. Has anybody noticed that Napolitano, Sotomayor, and Kagen seem to come out of the same mold? Does that say anything about Obama? A lineup like that can’t be just dumb luck.

  5. Obviously this went over my head.

How in the world did Elena Kagan make a Hotties list?

  6. I don’t know about the women, but amongst the men I have to say that the one I’d prefer didn’t even make the finalists’ list–Randy Barnett, of Georgetown Law (just based on his Wikipedia photo). That’s no pretty boy, my friends. That’s a hottie! But what do I know, I’m just an old lady.

Anyway, as my mother used to say (about Robert Goulet, in the event), “He could park his shoes under my bed any night!” 🙂

  7. I must confess that Caminker got my vote. Head and shoulders over the other male entries—although most of them were pretty fine, as well.

As far as Kagan is concerned—I have no insight to offer. But yes, there is a certain vague resemblance between (among?) Sotomayor, Kagan, and Napolitano.

  8. I’m guessing that Sotomayor, Kagan, and Napolitano all have cats, not that there is anything wrong with that. Just saying.

  9. “”I’m guessing that Sotomayor, Kagan, and Napolitano all have cats””
    Mr Frank

But not one could wear a Garfield t shirt and have it pass for a sexy negligee.

  10. I’m of a generation that had few if any female law school professors, much less deans. I was easily distracted however by a gorgeous classmate and don’t remember much else from my constitutional law class.

    John,

Well, there’s just no accounting for taste.

    Mine or theirs? 😉
