  1. [i sent you the religious details on this neo]

NEO: All of this would make him an apostate under the same reasoning that the court applied to Ibrahim Ishag.

    yes…

    Barack Obama – Renegade

    Merriam Websters

    Synonyms
    apostate, defector, deserter, recreant

    Etymology

<b.1580s, "apostate," probably (with change of suffix) from Spanish renegado, originally "Christian turned Muslim," from Medieval Latin renegatus, noun use of past participle of renegare “deny” (see renege). General sense of “turncoat” is from 1660s.

the article or rather the quoted part of the article is not telling the actual reasoning of the court from a view point of Islam.

Despite this, the judge determined that because her father was a Muslim…………she too was a Muslim who had broken the law by leaving Islam.

not quite.. that may be a western interpretation of the point but it sure would not be one that matches the Koran

No babe is born but upon Fitrah, it is his parents who make him a Jew or a Christian or a Polytheist. (Sahih Muslim, Book 033, Hadith Number 6426)

so, no… it was not because her father was Muslim that she is Muslim. We are ALL Muslim at birth, and then are “deformed” to something else. Before we were born, Allah imprinted us with the truth so that on judgement day we could not claim we did not know or have access to the truth.

so the fact her father was Muslim, left her and so on, was irrelevant. “The worm turned” on the fact that she was an adult and could choose to correct her path, to which her plea in court clearly showed the judge she would not do so as her plea was otherwise.

  2. Time to send in a Seal team to extract this American family. But VJ would veto that idea in the blink of an eye. 🙁

  3. “Why no outcry..on this?”

That is an unbelievable question at this point. Sorry, ridiculous. Even hypocritical. You know the answer and are you pretending you don’t? Are we supposed to take the question seriously? From the famous movie: I’m shocked!

    Please.

Obama is an enemy of everything and anything good and decent. He is an indecent man (in Viktor Frankl’s usage). There is no need to ever do anything but point out his latest (daily, at least weekly) indecency…

And that is shocking enough. People should be shocked by this wicked and merciless man every single day. More shocking we should be that 60m+ voted for the monster…twice. Abraham Lincoln’s Thesis about who can be fooled is under its severest test ever, this very day.

  4. Mike:

No, you are not supposed to take the question seriously.

I thought it would be quite obvious to any regular reader here that I was being sarcastic.

  5. But VJ would veto that idea in the blink of an eye.

They would merely leak the location of the SEALs and they would have an accident, whether pre or post op.

  6. And that is shocking enough. People should be shocked by this wicked and merciless man every single day. More shocking we should be that 60m+ voted for the monster…twice.

Loosen up, Mike. Hate is a valuable commodity and resource, and should not be burned merely because it’s popular on forums or for expediently short term causes.

Mix humour in and have fun at the expense of the evil powers that be. Otherwise, you won’t last until the Apocalypse Day, I’m afraid. Humans are not designed to hold in an exquisite level of hate for a long time. I know that very well.

  7. The U.S. has reached a point in which we are completely lacking in clout; or the point where we simply do not care about the fate of Americans who find themselves in the clutches of corrupt or evil people.

This story is heart wrenching. It is paralleled somewhat–although not to the same degree– by the story of the U.S. Marine who is held in Mexico under condition which would lead to animal cruelty charges in the U.S.

In neither case is any part of the U.S. Government publicly engaged.

    I am terribly ashamed.

  8. “Hate is a valuable commodity and resource, and should not be burned merely because it’s popular on forums or for expediently short term causes.”

I don’t hate them simply because most of ‘them’ are brainwashed ignoramuses but I do recognize they are the enemies of me and mine; in particular my children and grandchildren. Because they are a direct threat to my children and grandchildren I practice weekly with knives (silence can be golden), revolvers (old fashioned I am), and my scoped Mauser. And I am but an army of 1 out of 30,000,000. Unintended consequences will come home to roost and shit on the heads of many lackeys unless they back off and allow a peaceful solution to our differences.

  9. the heads of many lackeys unless they back off and allow a peaceful solution to our differences.

Since they are lackeys and tools, who do you think is going to command them to back off… Reid? Hussein? Some other successor like Ayers, are they going to tell the comrades to back off?

Brainwashed zombies do not have a self preservation instinct any more. They don’t realize what a minefield is and even if they did, they would still obey the command to run through them at the prey.

  10. This is what America’s courts on homosexual purity and feminist entitlement will look like in the future. The same as their Islamic Jihad’s courts.

  11. Artfldgr:

That may be the philosophy, and it may be the ultimate goal: to present everyone with a “convert or die” dilemma. But de facto, right now, although they are persecuting Christians for being Christian, they don’t seem to (yet, anyway) be prosecuting Christians for being Christian–unless the authorities can make the case for some special claim Islam has on them, as in the case of Ibrahim Ishtag and her father.
