Biden border injunction — 14 Comments

  1. Sorry, Karine, this is immigration policy, not public health policy, and is the sole preview of the Executive Branch. The CDC has no authority to legislate.

  2. There does seem to be a slight uptick in the talk about Covid in the media , so that actually could work in favor of keeping Title 42.

  3. “Karine Jean-Pierre” said nothing herself. The mystery sayer remains a sort-a mystery. The she named Karine Jean-Pierre is just a pair of ideologically-approved lips for the latest burst of administration flautlance.

  4. As has been noted here and elsewhere, the Dems never think that what they do will come back and bite them.

  5. I am struck by the “conservative” talking heads who report Biden’s PLUNGING satisfaction ratings. SO LOW, only 39% think he is doing a good job. 70%+ of democrats think he is doing a good job.

I wonder how that many folks, D or not, could even think that there is anything that is happening today that is “good”.

Why don’t the talking heads find out why they think this way? I would like to know…

  6. The open border, America last policy is intentional and will not change until Congress and the Whitehouse changes. To bring as many illegal immigrants as possible into the country is against the law, which Biden swore an oath to enforce. He should be impeached for dereliction of duty by failing to enforce U.S immigration law. I doubt the Senate will be Republican enough to impeach and convict, but pressure should be brought to bear in any way possible on DHS to secure the border and interdict the cartel’s smuggling activities. What is happening is a disgrace to for a sovereign nation to endure as well as a national security and public health issue.

  7. JJ, and others: yes, biden’s dereliction of duty is obvious & appalling.
I’m upset that we are so helpless.
There is blood on his hands, & on those of his puppet masters.
The drug cartels & human traffickers could not have imagined a more perfect POTUS, for themselves.

  8. Buck passing by the Biden WH..

“The authority to set public health policy nationally should rest with the Centers for Disease Control, not with a single district court,” White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre

No, I’d reject such an argument as laughable.
National policy is set by the President consistent with existing laws.

  9. Border injunction?

Actually, it’s “Biden” who’s borderline. The whole kit and kaboodle.

Entirely insane. And utterly proud of it. (So proud of it that “he” is compelled to lie about everything. And cover up everything. On the other hand it does seem to come so naturally to “him”…)

…While the Corrupt MSM is doing its damnedest to pretend otherwise, to hide it all, to cover it all up…and then cover up the coverups ad infinitum.

But, then (as is to be expected), the Corrupt media is also insane. And they’re trying to make everyone else accept their gloriously ethical insanity as well.

What “We the People” can do in such circumstances is open to question.

Unfortunately a war—a mother of all crises—may be required to clear the air…(even if “Biden” will no doubt attempt to manipulate any such war to accumulate increasing power and stamp his steel-toed boot ever harder on the more-than-half-the-country that opposes “him”.

One thing is certain: no one will be able to determine what’s happening from the Corrupt Mainstream Media…

  10. I have heard that MS Jean-Pierre flunked her audition and will be replaced by :”Admiral” Kirby. Who ever heard of a public affairs admiral?

  11. LeClerc

“The current press secretary is cognitively challenged.”

That characteristic was on the job description as required.

  12. It doesn’t matter what a judge rules if the bureaucracy is determined to avoid the judgment. Trump, at least, gave heed to the courts’ decisions.

#BREAKING Migrants in “family units” no longer have to say a word to be exempt from #Title42
Per new guidance provided by DHS source—They can verbally or nonverbally claim a “manifestation of fear” & will be processed under #Title8 or go to @USCIS. This goes into effect @ 9pm

Under the guidance, a migrant who manifests a fear verbally or nonverbally of being returned to their country will not be expelled under #Title42— Nonverbal actions include unusual behavior and silence.

  13. Remember the Bureau of DisInformation? I saw this posted.

    @jennybethm
BREAKING: The Biden Administration has announced that Michael Chertoff will lead the “Disinformation Board.”
Chertoff is a co-author of the Patriot Act and was a perpetuator of the Trump-Russia conspiracy during the 2016 election.
This man is the definition of disinformation.

    From “The Hill”
While the board is on hiatus, its mission will be reviewed by the DHS’s Homeland Security Advisory Council, which is led by former Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff, a George W. Bush appointee, and former U.S. Deputy Attorney General Jamie Gorelick, a Clinton administration official.

Gorelick? Weakened US defenses enough to allow 9/11 and then got put on the board that reviewed the event. *spit*
