    Addendum – Herman Cain should’ve responded appropriately as he had forwarning that the someone made an accusation and therefore the accusation could’ve been responded to especially given that Herman Cain was given forwarning. It shows a lack of experience and skill in all things with respect to life and liberty and being able to apply experience and knowledge of how to handle a situation dealing with life and liberty.
