The social media war against Israel and the Jews — 23 Comments

  1. Compare and contrast:

Remarkable conclusion to a four-part series.
Alas the erudite writer doesn’t seem to want to understand that the “Biden” regime is an ally of Iran’s…and while one can certainly rationalize such reluctance, it blights an otherwise scintillating, professional, required-reading analysis….

Key grafs (RTWT), in which one learns—BTW—that were it not for a UGANDAN JUDGE, Israel would have been drawn and quartered by the International Court of Justice (sic) in the Hague…:
“…At this point, safety as well as victory lie in skilful escalation to deter or remove the mullahs who have vexed us long enough. That in turn demands clear, untroubled and consistent understanding that Israel’s cause is the cause of the Free World (as is Ukraine’s and Taiwan’s) and that therefore domestic supporters of Hamas, trying to constrain Israel by lawfare and by noisy street and media politics, are a fifth column for our enemies and should be treated as such.
” It means that the attempt by the retiring President of the ICJ, Joan Donoghue, and 14 other judges to reach agreement on the South African case alleging genocide so that all six provisional measures could be imposed on Israel, which was prevented by the Ugandan Judge Sebutinde who alone held that the case was without merit and therefore not justiciable, should be seen in that light (see p.11 of the Law Gazette). The united efforts of Cameron and Borrell at the EU to impose recognition of a Palestinian state without Israel’s involvement, agreement and against its expressed will also fall within the frame of actions that threaten the security interests of the Free World at large. This makes them actually dangerous and for that reason if no other, they should be stopped….”

Just a bit more about “Biden”, British and EU backstabbing, a talent at which they seem to truly excel.

And on to Canada (in this case Toronto)…where the lies are as generous as they are south of the border and in Europe—all of this for the same essential reason.

  2. It needn’t be repeated…but here it is…again:
“Biden” is NOT an ally of the Jewish State.

(Oh, but of course “he” IS…IF yer analysis of the situation is that Israel needs to be saved from itself…. But then one might always ask, “You mean like ‘Biden’ is saving America from ITSELF?”….)

  3. Aren’t we reaching the point where it would be morally-tenable — perhaps more morally tenable than any other option — to simply wipe out all of Iran’s navy, commercial boats, ports, tenders, pipelines, pumps, refineries, rail, and bridges, as fast as possible, and then sail away without comment?

Previously I’ve commented to the effect that this would not be morally justifiable, or practically prudent. But now I’m second-guessing myself.

I recognize it has a significant practical flaw: It would obviously spike the price of oil. This is counter-productive inasmuch as it enriches the Russian oligarchs who support Putin.

If we had a decent and fully-functional human being in the Oval Office, that person could make a deal with the Saudis to ramp up production, and then we’d ramp up our own production in concert with theirs, and try to get the price-per-barrel of oil back down below Russia’s average cost-to-produce, which is where it was throughout many of the Trump years. That way, instead of Russian petrol filling Russian coffers, we could make it actually costly for them to exceed zero barrels per year. We could make them burn resources just trying to keep their infrastructure from rusting-out.

The Saudis would be in-favor because they’d love to see Iran economically dismantled. In fact it would be such a valuable outcome, from their perspective, that we could probably ask them simultaneously to make a treaty with Israel.

But it depends on us initiating hostilities; and also restoring the Trump-era energy policy, or even amplifying it.

And that won’t happen, or not soon. The Biden Administration declared North American petroleum to be public enemy number one; and the Ayatollahs, our favorite-est besties. (I imagine that was Obama’s call, or one of his proxies; but one can’t really tell. Whoever’s calling the shots remains hidden, and the ship-of-state persists in sailing about with Biden’s rotting corpse lashed to the prow.)

Whoever they are, for the life of me, I can’t get inside their skulls to understand what the motive of this “policy” could possibly be.

What’re they even after, constantly tongue-kissing the Iranian regime this way? What do they hope to achieve? What kind of analysis leads them to believe that anyone benefits from it, even themselves?

I mean, sure, one toys with the idea that Obama and his whole residue (no, I don’t mean “retinue,” I mean residue) in D.C. are actual, real-life Manchurian Candidates. (I suppose the correct formulation would be Teheranian Candidates?) That would explain the behavior. For anyone who started wondering about that possibility back in, say, 2010, the thesis has had an eerily-high predictive power.

But surely it’s not that, right? Not really, right?

    But if not that, then…what?

If it may be found, R.C., I believe it can be found in the following article, the best effort I’ve seen to date:
    https://www.tabletmag.com/sections/israel-middle-east/articles/realignment-iran-biden-obama-michael-doran-tony-badran

  5. sdferr, thanks very much for that link.
Doran and Badran have masterfully described the squalid, depressing DUPLICITOUS situation.
    To a T.
    Ably and in minute detail.
And yet, and yet…they still seem to believe that Decent Joe’s in charge and has been in charge all along….
(unless they’re just being what they perceive to be prudent…)

And so…after an entire, article well formulated, well argued, explaining in great detail precisely how the “Biden” administration is essentially the continuation of Obama’s disastrous one, they conclude as follows:
“…When Biden took office, he faced a fork in the road. On one path stood a multilateral alliance designed to contain Iran. It had a proven track record of success and plans of even better things to come, as the recent act of sabotage at Natanz demonstrated. The alliance’s leading members were beckoning Biden to work against a common foe, but also to promote greater cooperation and possibly even an official peace agreement between Saudi Arabia and Israel. On the other path stood the Islamic Republic, hated by its own people and, indeed, by most people in the Middle East. It offered nothing but the same vile message it had always espoused. Standing with it were all of the most malignant forces in the Middle East, who either look directly to Tehran for leadership or thrive on the chaos it sows.
Biden chose Iran, fracturing the U.S. alliance system and setting back the cause of peace. His choice also delivered a victory to China and Russia, who are working with Iran, each in its own way, toward America’s undoing. In a perverse effort to liberate itself from its allies, the United States is soiling its own nest.” [Emphasis mine; Barry M.]

Thanks much for the tremendous in-depth analysis and revelations, fellas…and thanks for putting it all together; but sorry: Biden didn’t “choose” anything.

  6. And yet, and yet…they still seem to believe that Decent Joe’s in charge and has been in charge all along….
(unless they’re just being what they perceive to be prudent…)

I’m of the mind that there’s another simple(r?) possibility from their point of view . . . i.e. the mere nominal formal construct of the authority necessary to the decision, what we can wryly recall under the rubric of a unitary-executive. It’s Biden’s decision to make, and no-one else’s, despite what happens in fact, of which I doubt either Doran or Badran are actually unaware. They’re just not that dumb, I’ll assume.

  7. You can no more reason with the indecent than you can reason with evil. The Holocaust and October 7 have exposed the evil for all with eyes to see. Those who don’t see are determined not to see.

  8. I should be enjoying retirement. I shouldn’t be choosing. But f***.it all I’m forced at this late age to choose the IDF. Whether to they want a geriatric buffoon who trips and fall down every time he tries something “tactical” I don’t know. But no way in hell do I side with Hamas.

  9. That article’s interpretation of social media space as a battle zone is interesting indeed. Various ‘fronts’ arise from that interpretation, and in those terms, Israel is being struck on quite a few of them. Of course, one has presumably to avoid getting too carried away with the analogy.

  10. When I ask myself how such incredibly uninformed and irrational ideas take root so quickly, it has now become clear – it’s social media. A pox on their houses. So many brands, so much reach, and all carried around the world at the speed of light.

Zuckerberg, and all his fellow social media creators ought to be the ones on trial for the damage they’ve done to society – not Trump.

I believe Zuckerberg is a Jew. Does he realize what he’s done to Jews with Facebook and Instagram?

  11. J.J.:

I don’t think anyone truly or fully understood the bad things that would happen as a result of social media until they had already happened. That includes Zuckerberg.

In addition, as I wrote in this post, the internet itself was a great vehicle for spreading Jew-hatred, and was used that way right from the start. Actually, the bulk of the Jew-hatred these days is from TikTok, a Chinese-run site. Zuckerberg has been just one of many CEOs in social media who have been wrestling with the conflict between allowing free speech and censoring it.

  12. This fellow has the guts to point out a huge crux of the problem:

    “Israel’s fifth column;
“Israel is ignoring the tremendous toll of homegrown pro-enemy propaganda on Israel’s diplomatic and military position abroad and at home. Why is this allowed during a war?”—
    https://www.israelnationalnews.com/news/385373

Meir Kahane, the bete noir of Israeli “goodness”, had the temerity to point out that Jews are stupid.
This more recent critique raises that claim to the next level.

  13. Israel has already implemented the means for Mutually Assured Destruction (MAD) against Iran. They have in service submarines they bought from the Germans what hold missiles capable of delivering nuclear warheads against Tehran and other Iranian cities and assets.

Unfortunately, the ones with the most interest in overturning the theocracy are the Iranian people as they would be the ones to die. A few years ago someone posted an estimate of relative casualties in the event of a nuclear war. Iran came out much the loser.

I’m confident that Iran already has some nuclear weapons available. How many and of what size and reliability I can’t guess, but some. Their most likely targets will not be Israel but Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

In such a world, the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty will soon become a dead letter.

  14. For a long time I’ve been convinced that social media is a force that can be used to spread evil in a way that has never before been possible.

I didn’t start noticing until around the start of #METOO. The speed of this new antisemitic movement was the fastest I’ve ever seen tho – and not just on “social media” platforms.

But it was clear to me even back then that the Jew-hating forces were intent on using the internet to spread their point of view, and they were quite sophisticated already.

There was a big Aryan/White Supremacist movement that came to the internet about the time dial-up internet started reaching into average homes w/ computers – 1996/1998?! They hated everyone who wasn’t pure Aryan, it seemed, and they especially hated the Jews & black Americans. They weren’t very good at debating the facts, so I guess they fell by the wayside early on.

Now w/ social media everywhere it seems that facts don’t matter much, and it is just Flash Mobs & Mob Rule now…

PS – I went to the pay Twitter when Musk stole it from the Progressives, Karmi Tux
@KarmiTux, it gives me the speed to use against the antisemites/Nazis/Progressives, and I have used it a lot since Musk…so to speak of my 2-cents in closing.

  15. yes that was the subtext of one of the indictments against netanyahu, the thyssen subs, that would presumably be the nuclear launch subs,

from joe truzman, hamas has certainly been hogging the supples, re the hospitals like Nasser that never distributed the ones Israel had given, but that’s not real a thing,

  16. Key grafs (RTWT), in which one learns—BTW—that were it not for a UGANDAN JUDGE, Israel would have been drawn and quartered by the International Court of Justice (sic) in the Hague…:
    ==
No it would not have. The world court is humbug and exists only to provide employment for the people on the payroll.

  17. I have generally assumed that when Iran get the bomb they will test it over Tel Aviv or maybe even Jerusalem. I can’t see them “wasting” a perfectly good bomb without using it to kill a lot of people. They might even use it here but I think they hat the Jews more and it would be so much easier close to home.

  18. I have generally assumed that when Iran get the bomb they will test it over Tel Aviv or maybe even Jerusalem. They might even use it here but I think they hate the Jews more and it would be so much easier close to home.

So I take it you haven’t noticed Teheran’s recent claim to take possession of Antarctica and militarize it? If one were to assume testing a nuke is their aim, what better time than the present, and this the place?

  19. Okay, social media spreads the seed. Why is the soil, presumably untainted, so fruitful?

  20. – Because evil has been framed as “Human Rights” and “Social Justice”.
(And the obverse: good has been framed as corrupt and evil, “oppressor” and “colonizer”—and WHITE—which “ideology” leaves the “oppressed” and “colonized”—as long as they self-define in those terms—free to say, do, and destroy whatever they wish…keeping in mind that the Democratic Party is the party of “the Revolution”!)

    – Because brainwashing works with all too many.

    – Because the perverse, in all its manifestations, has become redefined as MORAL and thus mainstreamed….

    – Because HATE—the fight against all the oppressors’, colonizers’ and WHITE evil, as described above—has become the new “Caring”, “Concern”…and—wait for it—“LOVE”.
(…And because it’s exciting—as destruction so often can be—and besides, everyone’s a’doin’ it…and who likes being left out of the party….?)
Remember: “PICK the target, FREAAZE it and PERSONALIZE IT”!!
