Tucker interviews Steven Sund, head of the Capitol Police on J6 — 9 Comments

  1. I would not be surprised if Pelosi were knee deep in this. Nor would it be a shock if it turns out Obama had a hand in this too.

One cannot overestimate the malice and contempt these people feel toward half the country. It goes without saying that if the J6 rioters had been BLM or Antifa, they would have all gotten plea deals of some kind with no prison time, or time served or similarly soft sentences.

  2. Sund also claims that Nancy Pelosi refused to allow the National Guard to respond for 71 minutes. Pretty damning if true. But I imagine that in the highly unlikely event that anyone in the mainstream media even mentions anything about this it will be framed as just the bitter ramblings of a disgruntled former employee.

  3. they replaced him with the intel officer, don’t all laugh at once, who failed to notify what she knew to authorities,

  4. “You know who issues the permits on Capitol Hill for demonstrations? I do,” Sund said. “You know, who wasn’t told? Me. Instead, on January 4th, what does Miller do? He puts out a memo restricting the National Guard from carrying the various weapons, any weapons, any civil disobedience equipment that would be utilized for the very demonstrations or violence that he sees coming. It just doesn’t make any sense.”

We’re through the Looking Glass, people!

This is straight out of that riveting scene in “JFK” where Kevin Costner as Jim Garrison meets secretly at the Lincoln Memorial with Donald Sutherland as Mr. X, who explains to Costner that he, Sutherland, had been diverted to Antarctica instead of handling security in Dallas on the day of JFK’s assassination:

After I came back I asked myself why was I the chief of Special Ops selected to travel to the South Pole at that time to do a job that any number of others could have done. And I wondered if it could have been because of one of my routine duties, if I had been in Washington, would have been to arrange for additional security in Texas.

So I decided to check it out and sure enough I found out that someone had told the 112th Military Intelligence group in 4th Army Headquarters at Fort Sam Houston to stand down that day over the protests of the unit commander Colonel Y.

Of course, Oliver Stone made up that scene entirely, though Mr. X was based on Col. Fletcher Prouty, a rather dodgy character in any event.

However, apparently all those 60s/70s conspiracy theories are coming back as the evening news from our lovely weaponized government.

  5. The interview is worth watching in entirety. Tucker is a treasure and it is obvious why Fox blocked this interview. Tucker makes the point that he ” does not own the tape that was never shown and so a second interview was needed.” Pelosi is the obvious culprit and Sund makes clear that the orders came “from above” meaning Pelosi and, of course, McConnell. The Senate, with its new D majority, was not interested in his testimony.

  6. We just finished watching the interview.
Sund is very impressive, and convincing.
He also has a book out with all his data and conjectures.
Tucker is a bit too disingenuous with his repetitions of “What does this all mean?” because we all know exactly what it means, and he gets around to stating it bluntly at the end: there were no “failures” or “mistakes made” — everything was a deliberate set-up.

Nothing much will be new to readers here, but it’s good to have it all in one place. I suspect it WILL be new to some of his 81 million viewers.

Also, the idea that Tucker doesn’t suspect (or even know) that the suppressed video was what got him fired is laughable.

  7. As a fiction writer I admire likes to say. Worst. Insurrection. Ever.
I’m still puzzled that anyone believes that it was an insurrection, an unarmed insurrection by people who are more likely to have guns than not. What kind of insurrection is it when the insurrectionists leave when the building’s police ask them to?

  8. Mike K: “… Pelosi is the obvious culprit and Sund makes clear that the orders came ‘from above’ meaning Pelosi and, of course, McConnell.”

Legal analyst Robert Gouveia walks through an “Intelligencer” column in New York magazine. He thinks the Left here reveals that Pelosi is the real strategist behind the Trump indictments.

These indictments naturally build upon the Hyper-partisan Pelosi House Committee investigating, and now covering up, J6.

Over at TheConservativeTreehouse, last weekend perhaps, was a repost of a concise piece explaining that Pelosi needed a violent emergency situation in order to declare an emergency and void regular order rules of electoral vote counting on January 6, 2020. If regular order rules prevailed, then the debate (and a vote) on the election results would go forward. Only under emergency conditions were these conditions be saboatoged.

They were, and so the 0lqnned debate on the 2020 election by Congress never happened.

A coda to the piece further explained the otherwise inexplicable two pipe bombs, seen in this light: Pelosi’s team of conspirators had “an insurance plan” backup, in case the needed Cap Hill violence never materialised. I

AND finally, this explains why the fact of the two bombs and the mystery of their appearance has been memory-holed, too: facts too inconvenient for the “insurrection” narrative.

Pelosi really, really hates our guts.

  9. General Y was based on prouty’s employer, General Lansdale, who had some competence in handling insurgencies, so of course they brought in an outside crew, that toppled Diem (because of a whispering camoaign floated by a Viet minh agent) that stopped the progress Moyar had documented and led to the tragic abbatoir that Vietnam became,

stone almost always got everything wrong, well he relied on dezinforma, that Max Holland turned up, libeled the diaspora in New Orleans, even followed the wrong leads in Dallas, he got paisans like spaghetti western star tomas milian and tony plana to make it seem authentic, like the danchenko dossier rumors in Showtimes the Comey Rules (I didn’t see it, but Taibbi did)
