Cornhead’s post on the Omaha funeral procession for Marine Corporal Daegan Page — 11 Comments

  1. Thank you for that video PA+Cat.

I was moved by the sight of the good people paying their respects. Those are the very people who are looked down upon, despised and ridiculed by the credentialed idiots who now run things in our country. God help us.

  2. Chris B–

I felt moved too by the sheer number of people who lined the roadway to welcome their fallen Marine home. The good people of Omaha are like the folks I grew up with in SE Pennsylvania. And I know what it’s like to be looked down on because of that background. Thankfully there are more of us than there are of the idiots.

Cornhead– You are more than welcome– I’m glad I found that video.

  3. Cornhead and PACat, many thanks. That’s the America we all love!
In the heartland of this country there are millions of patriots. It’s truly inspiring to see.

  4. Cornhead, Thank you for sharing the story about Cpl. Daegan Page and writing so beautifully about his life. This young man mattered! I was your neighbour in SE Wyoming and Nebraska is a special place with incredible people.

  5. Thank you Cornhead and PA Cat for that report — which I don’t think the MSM carried at all. Of course not — 13 similar stories would be too much. Unless it was about Donald Trump’s alleged Russian collusion.

  6. Thanks, Dave.

Daegan Page and Mike Tinley died 20 years apart in the same manner—while engaging in peaceful activity at the hands of terrorist suicide bombers.

  7. Thanks to everyone for reading my blog post. Thanks to Neo for the space on her blog.

    Funeral and burial this week.
