  1. Rap Homey Dzhokar tweeted “Barack you my dawg” on election day. That should register with the empathicalists.

  2. I’m going to raise a Sam Adams beer in a toast on the day this piece of (insert profane epithet here) is executed. Until then, I’m not interest in whatever excuses he spews.

  3. He’s a product of culture — Boston culture. Frankly, I’m glad guns are restricted in Boston, otherwise the good people who live there might be tempted to put the rest of us in camps. Not summer camp, mind you.

  4. In the 11 plus years since 9/11, it appears that a certain segment of the population hasn’t learned a dadgummed thing.

As others have pointed out, there are a lot of lefties/libs who view the REAL enemy as being the wingnuts, not the Muzzies. They have no problem trivializing the Marathon bombings because their REAL enemies- the wingnuts- are not implicated in it.

  5. The fix is in to prevent the publication of the sources that recruited, taught, and aided the jihad brother bombers.

    Their Mosque is one source.

    http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/nation/2013/04/23/boston-mosque-radicals/2101411/

Yusufi Vali, executive director at the Islamic Society of Boston Cultural Center, the offending Mosque, states “”It’s the new McCarthyism in full swing.”

He better check. The McCarthyism narrative is being revisited and as we knew all along, McCarthy was right and is a national hero for exposing the incredible level of communist infiltration of our government.

    The new McCarthyism? Yeah!

  6. I am utterly in speechless that the media, just about everywhere, is reporting that the FBI or the anonymous “intelligence sources” have determined that these two assholes were acting alone. It’s one thing to say that “we don’t know yet”, it’s quite another to say “sources have determined”, “indications are”, etc.
These are the same “intelligence sources” who didn’t bother to check out the older brother after Russian authorities warned them, or notice the videos the brother posted after his 6 month trip to Russia, or have any idea who pulled this off until an eyewitness came out of surgery to point at their pictures.
Let’s see, they woke up Joker and said “who else is involved in this? If you don’t tell us the truth, we will keep asking you and withhold your pudding and cookies” “ok ok, I give up. it was just me and my brother”.
Call me skeptical, but I’m just a little curious why a guy who would think nothing of murdering and maiming hundreds would be considered a reliable witness regarding the incidents surrounding his own crimes. Or why he would crack under what could not have amounted to more than a few questions.
I’ve not really seen this kind of stupidity in my lifetime — when the media blindly reports ridiculous conclusions drawn by people who obviously had no clue about these two, it’s hard to believe there is a single brain cell on any newspaper or network. It would be nice to think the “intellligence sources” are signaling to his potential accomplices that Joker didn’t spill the beans, but one has to wonder if the media suspects this, or they believe it without asking any questions, or they want it to be true. So far, I haven’t seen anyone question the conclusion except on blogs.
Editors everywhere must be happy we kept him alive, or we would never have gotten to the bottom of this whole web of intrigue. Can you imagine how long it would take to go around investigating this stuff? We would never get back to gun control and immigration reform and calling republicans obstructionists.
It would be nice to see some skepticism from a major paper or network — just to let the “intelligence sources” know we have our doubts about the FBI and DHS and ICE, and let them know we think they’re full of crap. But I’m almost convinced this will eventually go the way of the Benghazi “investigation”, because the press hasn’t done their job. again.

  7. Thanks for the link to the Boston mosque article. Nice bunch of people attended there, heh?

The new McCarthyism? How about the old practice of Taqiyyah? (The practice of concealing one’s beliefs in dangerous circumstances originates in the Qur’an, which deems blameless those who disguise their beliefs in such cases.) Only when the “moderates” rise up and banish the Islamists from their mosques and from sheltering amongst them can we begin to trust what the say or what they claim to believe. Not holding my breath on that one.

I saw a CAIR representative on O’Reilly tonight. He was full of oily excuses for Islam and proclamations that no one should blame Muslms for what the Tsaranev’s had done. O’Reilly kept asking him why it is that all the terror acts are committed by Muslims. The CAIR rep kept tap dancing. O’Reilly finally gave up and ended the interview.

Does anyone remember or care about the way Muslims dance in the streets in many Muslim countries around the world whenever we are attacked successfully? Should we be letting ANY of those people immigrate here? Just askin”.

  8. Meanwhile, ABC News continues to pluck at our heartstrings:

“The mother of accused Boston Marathon bombers has continued to defend her two sons from her home in Dagestan, Russia, but if she attempts to return to the United States to bury her older son, or care for the boy that remains hospitalized, she could face arrest on an outstanding warrant for shoplifting.”

    And note “the boy”.

  9. He could say it was because of the stress of global warming caused by Bush refusing to sign the Kyoto Protocol, and the media would eat it right up.

  10. “I’ve not really seen this kind of stupidity in my lifetime – when the media blindly reports ridiculous conclusions drawn by people who obviously had no clue about these two, it’s hard to believe there is a single brain cell on any newspaper or network.”

They may not have many brain cells but it is not stupidity. There is a narrative that must be peddled at all costs, the facts be damned. When the first narrative (Tea Partiers/NRA/Reich wingers celebrating Hitler’s birthday did the bombing) came up Epic Fail, they switched to Islam had nothing to do with it and the poor confused but well-meaning kids acted alone. Because we know that Obama saved us all from terrorism forever (or at least until a Republican is elected President) when he dodged machine-gun fire to go in and kill Bin Laden with his bare hands.

  11. Just as a palate cleanser, try this, from Ben K. at Ace of Spades:

    >>I typed up an entire page of links but Moveable Type sent it to the phantom zone with General Zod.

You will have to settle for this hilarious video. Apparently some kid named Nate wrestled Dzhokhar in high school. Nate decided to put video of the fight on youtube:

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=L_4-W_0rJnQ

    [Sound ON. :-))]

  12. I just had time to read sharpie’s link about the mosque. I would love to confront some of these BSers. They all have this macho image of themselves, but in reality they are a**holes who love to talk big while living off their women and sending their sons to do all the dirty work. In short, they are a bunch of bloviating wimps who, like Qutb, are scared to death of women. They should be laughed at, and their maculinity mocked at every possible instance. They are a bunch of tribal jerks.

BTW, we need a sane Imam who will call a fatwah on internet usage, cell phones, guns, and fancy cars. If they want to live in the world of 800 AD, then let them. But we aren’t going to allow camels on our streets, so they will have to move elsewhere. Obama can even reinforce the fatwah with his famous line, “You didn’t build that.”

  13. While some Boston newspaper editorialists proclaim their inability to figure out what motivated these Muslim terrorists, and the supposedly bewildered Administration and their captive MSM scratch their collective heads in puzzlement as to their motive, the terrorist’s mother clarified the situation for all who have ears to hear last night on CNN when they played a tape of their interview with her in which she shouted:

“If they are going to kill him. I don’t care. My oldest sone is killed, so I don’t care. I don’t care is my youngest son is going to be killed today. I want the world to hear this. And, I don’t care if I am going to get killed too. And I will say Allahu Akbar!“ (http://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2013/04/whoa-zubeidat-tsarnaeva-tells-cnn-i-dont-care-if-my-youngest-son-is-killed-i-dont-care-if-i-am-killed-i-will-say-allahu-akbar-video/ and http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aNzqNd2io_4 )

  14. Isn’t it amazing how quickly they could determine that they’re ‘lone wolf’ jihadis, er, terrorists and that they not only had no assistance, but that this is not motivated by their religion or local mosque.
Have they determined who he was meeting with during his 6 month trip to Dagestan?
Have they determined how they were able to assemble bombs that worked and knew how far to venture to avoid the blast radius (as Paul in Boston mentioned – not buying the ‘learned it from Google search’ narrative)?
Have they determined that either of them had no other electronic contact with other jihadis or spiritual leaders in Australia (based on their jihad-loving YouTube channel selections, etc.)
And what about the three students they’ve detained in New Bedford?
These guys aren’t even the first ones in the Boston area to plot an attack – maybe they have a few friends in common? See: http://tinyurl.com/a5y4jgo

Anybody else seeing a Benghazi or Ft. Hood type coverup forming to protect Obama from the inconvenient fact that there have been several Islamic terrorist attacks on his watch?

  15. Let’s apply critical thinking to the belief that the bostom bombers were just a pair of disenfranchised kids. First, I guess we need a definition of critical thinking.

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Critical_thinking

“the intellectually disciplined process of actively and skillfully conceptualizing, applying, analyzing, synthesizing, or evaluating information gathered from, or generated by, observation, experience, reflection, reasoning, or communication, as a guide to belief and action.”

Or more briefly: “includes a commitment to using reason in the formulation of our beliefs.”

For the “disenfranchised” position, here’s Jim Clemente, a retired FBI special agent:

“I think when you see them hijack somebody and then brag about what they did, you see the real reason why they did it, they wanted noteriety. This wasn’t about some real deep seated long thought out religious thing or political thing, this was about their personal issues that they had and I think they were probably justice collectors just like most of the school shooters are.”

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?NR=1&v=e4QHeQdS1o0&feature=endscreen

    Well. Victims all, right?

    Notice some terms.

“Personal issues.” Are the Iraq and Afhgan wars personal issues? Is jihad a personal issue? Do the facts fit the terminology? How about the term “justice collectors?” Isn’t that a valid description for jihad as well as school shooterings?

But does school shooters fit? School shooters kill their tormentors who bullied and humiliated them. School shooters are on prescription psycotropic drugs.

Do the bostom bombers fit the school shooters profile? NO. They weren’t bullied. They were not on presecription drugs. There was no personal injusticed suffered.

They weren’t even disenfranchised. They had mosque, jihad ideology and family which wrapped and enveloped them. They had something that was other than the American value of tolerance and live and let live, but they were not disenfranchised. How disenfranchised are you when you marry an American girl and force her to convert and visit for six months the hotbed of your beliefs? When your mother parrots your belief of jihad by pronouncing allahu akbar on your grave?

    Disenfranchised? No. School shooters. No.

Were they kids? NO. Definitely not Tamerlan and not Dzokhar. Tamerlan was 26 and Dzokhar is 19. Those are not adolescents, not even Dzokhar and definitely not Tamerlan. Give me a break, here.

Tamerlan was like Adam Lanza or the Columbine shooters? How riduculous is that?

But the main weakness isn’t with the statements of FBI special agent Clemente. The main weakness is what he did not state. First and foremost, pay attention to what they say. Djoker admits why they bombed people who had no personal connection with them: they were inspired by jihadists. Clemente also doesn’t mention the six month trip to Russia, the supporting members of the immediate family, the statements of Djoker, and a character named “Masha” who influenced Tamerlan to get out of boxing and into jihad. Disenfranchised? No. They just opted for another franchise, the jihadi one.

Clemente also claims this wasn’t a well thought out or planned event. Really? Really? Tamerlan bought the bombing materials in February.

    http://online.wsj.com/article/SB10001424127887324235304578440843633991044.html?mod=WSJ_hppMIDDLENexttoWhatsNewsSecond

Here’s the heartbreaker: FBI speical agent Clemente is or should be too smart to believe this crap. He is intentionally spreading disinformation. Which leads to the question why? Who is protecting? Who has the most to lose if the bostom bombing massacre becomes viewed as a jihad event?

Muslims and Obama. Obama and his Muslim love seem to be the one strong bond he will not relinquish. Inside of Obama is a strong identification with Islam. This makes him incompetent to be the commander in chief and protector of the United States of America.

  16. Well, I see you got a new boyfriend. You know, I never seen him before.

Well, I saw him making love to you. You forgot to close the garage door.

You might think he loves you for your money, but I know what he really loves you for.

It’s your brand new leopard-skin burqa.

  17. Sharpie,
I do think disenfranchisement has something to do with it, but it is used by truly malicious people for their own purposes. In some ways much of the Muslim world has the same problem: they are underlings in the world, and in their own world, macho and power are all that count. If the immigrant parents bear grudges and seek scapegoats, they pass this thinking on to the next generation. It makes an easy out for young people trying to find their path through life.

BTW, the mother is bats**t crazy.

  18. expat’s 12:34 post raises an issue I’ve often wondered about — the love affair Muslim terrorists have with explosives. Is it rooted in a psychological impotence? Is it a way to insist on being taken seriously? Why so few shootings, clubbings, or stabbings? Beheadings are a special case, again a statement about power.

  19. Mr Frank said, “expat’s 12:34 post raises an issue I’ve often wondered about – the love affair Muslim terrorists have with explosives.”

Clubs, knives, and guns do not have the potential for mass casualties and spreading terror like IEDs. IEDS are stealthy and the target never quite knows where they will be placed. Ask any veteran of Iraq or Afghanistan what they feared most. The answer will be, IEDs. In a matter of a second an IED can kill and maim large numbers of people. The maiming is, in many ways, worse than the killing because you have a part of the target population marked forever by the activities of the terrorists. Also, IEDs are a force multiplier. The wielder of a gun, knife, or club risks being killed himself. The planter of bombs can do it over and over again with little risk if they know what they’re doing. The Tsarnaev brothers seem to have completely ignored the ubiquitousness of cameras and videos. My guess is that the next bombers will not make the same mistakes.

  20. It’s logical that an Islamic terrorist would oppose the Iraq and Afghan wars, but not exactly for the reason that leftists and pacifists oppose the wars.

The stated motivation for their anti-war stance is to “defend Islam”. Note – not to defend Iraqis or Afghans, but to defend Islam.

Yet Americans have fight alongside and for Muslims in Iraq and Afghanistan in opposition to Islamic terrorists.

When an Islamic terrorist says he’s defending Islam, he does not mean all of Islam. He means his particular brand of Islam, which hold to be the only legitimate brand of Islam.

Note that Islamic terrorists have continued to attack Iraq since our departure.

Islamic terrorists fight for a new world order that’s defined by a particular type of Islam. They are against forms of Islam that can co-exist with the West as much as they are against the West itself.

They oppose our interventions in Iraq and Afghanistan because tehy threaten Islamic terrorists in 2 ways: promoting pluralistic Westernized societies and the empowerment of alternative forms of Islam such as the Sufi and Shia sects.

  21. He means his particular brand of Islam, which HE HOLDS to be the only legitimate brand of Islam.
