Back when everyone was talking about the MAL raid on Trump, Biden asked, “How that could possibly happen, how one anyone could be that irresponsible?” Who knew he had so much personal knowledge of exactly how someone can be that irresponsible, and more? Then again, Biden has long felt impervious to any consequences for his own violations.

Bets are now being taken on the next location where Biden left some classified material. Here’s what the Babylon Bee has to say:

The White House is on edge this morning after investigators revealed a fourth stash of classified documents from Biden’s tenure as Vice President was found deep in his colon.

“This morning a routine colonoscopy revealed hundreds, possibly thousands of partially chewed top-secret documents crammed in the President’s digestive tract,” said White House physician Kevin O’Connor. “It seems many of them were eaten, while hundreds of others were inserted rectally by an unknown party or Biden himself. We have handed over all partially-digested documents to the Special Counsel in charge of the investigation. Now if you’ll excuse me, I think I need a shower.”

It seems that Biden’s press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre would prefer a magic wand to a shower. When asked at what point Biden might address the classified documents issue, she replied:

Don’t have — again, that’s a — that is — that is something that I can’t — I don’t have a magic wand here. I don’t know when that’s going to happen.

Nor does it make much difference when it happens or even if it happens. I can’t think of any effective explanation Biden could offer. Trump’s defense – that as president he himself had declassified the documents – is not available to Biden, unless he were a time traveler.

  1. This is all too “just so” to be anything other than planned.
    The daily drip of new documents is the latest step in the planned ouster of Slow Joe as a Democratic candidate in 2024.
    These documents have been sitting in his garage and various other places for 6 years and are all just now being discovered, within a few days of each other???
    My shoes are wet, and it’s not raining.

    It’s sad that absolutely no one discuses the redundancy and massive bureaucratic over-classifying that’s become a control tool by all institutionalized power power mongers.

    The better to Rule Over the unwashed masses and intimidate all dissent — merely The Accusations suffices to stanch non-conformists, much less true dissenters.

  5. It’s really hard to understand where all this is coming from, unless, somehow, a mole inside the DOJ found out about classified documents being retrieved, and these disclosures are to get ahead of the news.

    It was illegal for Biden to have classified documents, especially TS/SCI ones, in his private possession, since he had not, until January 2021, been president. Gen. Petraeus was charged with a felony for sharing some classified materials with his biographer. Were these Biden documents used for a book? Who wrote it?

  7. Think about recent past these last few Democrat administration’s security outlooks. Hildabeast ran the State Department out of house computer. Barky still probably has a whole unsecured warehouse of documents waiting for his dream presidential library to some day get built. The attitude of the Democrats Propaganda Ministry shows security is not even a thought.

  9. I’ve already, somewhere, seen comments to the effect that a sitting president cannot be criminally charged. So perhaps Joe will hang on and hope it blows over, and not run in 2024. For Dems, that might be the goal.

  10. The reason and manner of this thing is the puzzle. Why now? The Democrats have complete control of the story. Tucker Carlson thinks this is an effort to convince Joe to quit or at least decide to pass up 2024. Biden seems to have an active fantasy life, sort of like Walter Mitty. Many of his lies are evidence that he really believes these stories. Will he go peacefully? Then there is the Kamala problem.

    The baby mama asked a local circuit court judge at the end of December “to allow their daughter to take the Biden name, claiming it would benefit their daughter because it is ‘now synonymous with being well educated, successful, financially acute and politically powerful.'”

    Maybe Hunter is hoping to persuade JoJo to “retire” in order to lower his child support payments. As for the baby mama’s high opinion of the Biden name, she must have a low standard for “well-educated”– and probably means “financially astute” rather than “acute.”

The mother is getting child support; the child need not be burdened with the name of a crackhead creep father who won’t even acknowledge her. But usually courts do not refuse name changes, I think, as long as the selected name is not obviously obscene.

    If they were just trying to get ahead of news reports, they would have announced their “discovery” of all of the documents at once, on the Friday evening of a 3 day holiday. Something to the effect of “we have done a thorough search to ensure that we don’t accidently do what Evil Orange did on purpose, and here is what we found. Nothing to see here.” Instead, it’s a drip-drip over a week of headlines, the worst way for Biden to get ahead of it.
    This is the work of the CA Mafia, on behalf of either Newsome or Kamala. I have read speculation that the desired outcome is getting rid of Slow Joe, and Pres Kamala appoints Newsome as VP and somehow they manage to ease her out and Gavin becomes President in 2024. I know that there is some sort of prohibition in the Constitution against Pres and VP being from the same state. Is that OK by 25th amendment?

    Assuming the court grants the name change, it wouldn’t surprise me if Navy Joan applies for another new name when she’s old enough to do so. The other kids I feel sorry for are Mr. and Mrs. Markle’s offspring– they’ll have to deal with the fallout from their parents’ exhibitionism for a long time to come.

The Biden name won’t be an advantage until she applies to college. She might also want to change the “Navy” part if she hasn’t already scrapped it.

    The documents were in Biden’s personal office at the Penn Biden center and in his garage. Presumably, Biden or someone on his staff has known for 6 years that he had confidential documents and other papers that should be in the National Archives. Why is all this only coming out now?

    The 12th Amendment prohibits both president and VP being selected from the same state when that selection is done by the electors of the Electoral College.

    So, while the intent of the founders to select those two officers from different states is clear, and of course back then states were considered powerful sovereign governments in their own right, if the President selects the candidate to fill an empty VP slot, with concurrence of the majority from both houses of Congress, it would appear to me that said candidate might well be selectable from the same state.

    But would a McCarthy led House with a small Republican majority accept a Newsome as VP, or reject him for someone less attractive to the general Dem electorate and weaker as a potential presidential candidate in the 2024 contest? There would typically be no real urgency to replace the VP in most cases, so holding fast rather than caving for “appearances” might be very viable.

  26. R2L: actually the consitution is even more lenient than that, it only prohibits electors from choosing both President and VP from their own state. Nothing about residence in the 25th Amendment so a presumptive President Harris could have a VP Newsom for the rest of her term but it would be inconvenient for them to run together in 2024.

    Exactly! I get aggravated with some people who seem to think the apparent existence of western globalist somehow negates the various threats from a potential new Islamic Empire or a rising China.

    They all potentially benefit from weakend Western Nation States , but that does not make them best buddies in the end. Their long term goals are potentially at odds with each other, though some of the Western Globalist may be ok with a Chinese run world.

  38. Re “The Kamala Problem” — When/if Joe is shown the door and Ms K becomes POTUS, there will be a vacancy in the VP slot leaving the Speaker of the House as next in line in the succession chain. There will be a period of time when that slot remains open, especially since even a “thin majority” in the House means that a majority in both houses of Congress will be difficult to obtain. During the period (and it could be a long one, things being as they are) that the opening exists, should something happen to Ms Kamala rendering her unable to serve, Mr McCarthy becomes POTUS.

    This could be a sticking point for the dumping of Joe at this time….

Reading through Barry Meislin’s numerous twitter links above (for which, my thanks Barry) informing us of various developments in the story of Biden’s careless thefts of classified materials . . . it occurs to me to wonder and note that these are available to see under the current Twitter regime, but how now if under the former Twitter regime? Would we be seeing them at all? Or wouldn’t they have been suppressed?

    O what a difference $44 billion worth of liberty preference makes.
