Another must-watch from Frei and Barnes
Or a must-listen, actually – no need to actually watch. It’s very long, but I’ve cued it up for just the two shorter parts that I think are especially important. The first once again concerns that Time article on how the anti-Trump conspiracy (it really is the appropriate word) made sure the election went the way they wanted. It’s an article that takes on even more importance the more you think about it:

16:45 – talk about lockdowns in Quebec and the United States and how weak the US Supreme Court was striking down the California Religious Gathering Ban.
38:50 – Time Article discussion. Barnes starts of with saying what happened was not illegal per se but definitely unethical. The article was a confirmation of what he has been saying all along. The threat of violence was ever present and very real.
56:00 – Weaponization of the DOJ by Obama in the second term. What is happening today is the continuation of what Obama started. But the red states are fighting back against the Executive Orders using the precedent of sanctuary states and cities for illegal aliens. The appointment of Pat Carlin to the Civil Rights division (which is equal to a deputy director) is more of the same.
1:00:00 – Impeachment which is the HL117 episode,
Barnes brings out the historical precedent that impeachment can only be against a sitting official. Warns that what goes around will come around. Ie. if it is used against Trump and can be used against Hillary, Barak, Kamala and Zhou Baeden. it is a bill of attainer which is prohibited in the constitution. This is no factual evidence to the charges.
1:20 – As part of the impeachment effort they want to be able to have trials of non-elected people to bar from office. The constitution is dead to the totalitarian left. Also the one article has many stated crimes which is also illegal so you can’t vote on a specific charge. Warning again about what goes around will come around. In conclusion it is a Soviet Show Trial. There should not be a conviction but with the Deep State you don’t know.
1:32 – The stripping of all committee assignments of Taylor Greene for statement as a private citizen. Had not due process. It is a case of Rule of Power usurping the Rule of Law.
1:42 – Can Cruz sue AOC for Libel for the murderous tweet. Technically yes but he wouldn’t do it. The Sullivan Doctrine does not apply and it fails the Westfall Act Protection where Congress can say just about anything in the “well” of the floor. Goes back to the Political Weaponization of speech.
1:56 – Various topics of which the most interesting are:
– Barnes will be part of the Kyle Rittenhouse case (Kenosha) more on that later.
– Executive Orders being challenged by states using refugee precedent.
– @ 2:00 – goes into the Liddell documentary and again the weakness of the QANON part is evident. (Gateway Pundit has the same commentary).
So that is the rundown of the episode if you want to hear a specific part. I do recommend staying on and listening to the Taylor Greene segment.
