Testimony in Michigan — 25 Comments

  1. I agree she’s good.

I just did a dive into Michigan law which gives some background about ballots that cannot be recounted. Oddly enough, due to an obscure 1870 [and then amended in 1954] Michigan law, there cannot be a recount of votes if there is any discrepancy in ballots.

So in 2016 there was a machine malfunction in Detroit and Jill Stein wanted a recount but she could not get it in a particular district there because the malfunction caused a discrepancy. The vote has to be tallied as perfect in order for a recount to be allowed.

    This from Michigan Radio
    https://www.michiganradio.org/post/think-michigan-s-recount-seems-messy-turns-out-recount-laws-date-back-1870s

    >Under Michigan’s recount law, if there are disparities between the numbers recorded in a given precinct’s poll book on election night and the number of ballots collected for that precinct, the precinct is not eligible for a recount.

    Here’s the law as written:
    http://www.legislature.mi.gov/(S(qvjw0iby55kfom2gksxstus1))/mileg.aspx?page=getObject&objectName=mcl-168-871

Lest you think this is a Democratic ploy note that the Michigan legislature in the 1870’s was Republican run and also in 1954 when the law was amended. I’d like to hear a good explanation as to why they passed such a law and why the Republican run legislature still has not amended it.

  2. @Montage: Your link to the law as written returns a 404 error because only the first part has been made into a hyperlink. My attempt to post the whole link created the same problem, which seems to be an issue with this platform. For those who want to follow the link, highlight the whole thing, copy it, and paste it into a browser’s address bar.

In any case, I think the witness was describing precisely this problem, no? And saying that the remedy was to unlock the ballot boxes at the next level of the system?

  3. We all know the same thing. There was fraud and until we can get at the source documents, the poll books, paper ballots and the source codes we are talking in circles. I listened to Trumps speech today and it is a good distillation of what is happening.

I listened to the Lin Wood, Sidney Powell Georgia rally. Lin can command a stage and courtroom. Sidney voice was very shaky because what she was saying was professional doom if false. But if true, it is the greatest act of treason since Benedict Arnold attempted the sale of West Point to the British. I would be scared too.

It is pretty sad with a daffy site like “The Gateway Pundit” has better information than most established media and blogs. Pretty sad indeed. That people go to them like Meaning in History because of the cone of silence from the MSM because they publish news and not bury it.

  4. Another point that I think is so important that Dr. Tarvers brought out. We don’t need more laws. We need the existing laws to be enforced! If the state of Michigan took the election laws seriously they would force and assist the majority minority locales to be on par with the majority white areas. I am so pissed that people can be cowed by the “soft bigotry of low expectations” and calls of racism. This is how incompetence is allowed to be excused. I love Kim Klacik’s response about not sounding black. Basically it was, she was raised by upper level affluent parents and they didn’t allow “street parlance” into their house.

This is my fear with the incoming Biden administration (if it happens). They will just ignore the laws. After all, what can anyone do about it ala Eric Holder? We will have the Obama administration on steroids. Limitations on illegal immigrants, ah who cares come on in and take jobs from black men. Limitation on H1B1? What are those? So what if the courts find against you. Who is going to enforce it? That is the lawlessness of totalitarianism that I will fight and you must too.

  5. I am Sparticus,

“That is the lawlessness of totalitarianism that I will fight…”

How will you fight against it? You may have noticed that speaking out against it hasn’t stopped the democrats from committing “the greatest act of treason since Benedict Arnold attempted the sale of West Point to the British”. At this point, is it tenable to entertain the notion that the democrat party hasn’t done exactly that? Generally, people do not commit treason without being reasonably certain that they’re going to get away with it, yes?

So, with confidence in ‘swinging’ future elections, activist courts and Attorney Generals to obstruct justice and obstruction in Congress as needed… Plus a covert third Obama term to finish America’s “fundamental transformation”… Exactly how should we fight it?

Optimism is a necessary quality but when faced with fanaticism, insufficient as a solitary tactic. So what do you propose as a course of action?

  6. Anyone see Trump’s speech last night? “This may be the most important speech I ever give…”

There has been a near blackout of it, even at Instapundit (at least last time I checked).

It was long, detailing the fraud in each state and that he intends to continue fighting. The tone of the speech was resolute. It sounded like a veiled warning too: “This is fraud and if the courts don’t rectify this I will” was the tone.

This after Lin Wood (who had people with pitch fiat his speech) and Michael Flynn mentioned the implementation of martial law earlier that same afternoon.

I hope her truly prepared to do it.

  7. From the “How-to-Steal-an-Election-and-Destroy-a-Country” files:
    https://www.zerohedge.com/political/winding-americans

(To be sure, the Democrats—bless them—insist that they want to “save” the country. I mean, just ask ’em…. Though I suppose a fair number of the DP higher-ups would also like to ensure that they stay out of jail, not that “saving the country” and “staying out of jail” are necessarily mutually exclusive, mind you….)

  8. “Another point that I think is so important that Dr. Tarvers brought out. We don’t need more laws. We need the existing laws to be enforced!”
    _________

Yes. I loved the way she stomped on the pol trying to deflect from the problem, with the usual politicians’ way of saying we need new laws. (To be fair, this is typical of both parties.)

What is the point of that? Experience shows these new laws will be ignored just as much as the old, except to the degree they help those currently breaking the law. THEN they’d be rigorous.

  9. Thanks Barry. I missed Sarah’s post. So far, she is the only contributor there not playing along to the defeatism song from MSM.

Glenn started out strong but not so much anymore.

  10. I think we’re all worried (understatement of the year?) but I think that Barr has to play this right. That is, he has to show that the DOJ—so compromised during the reign of Obama (but that was all part of the plan, wasn’t it)—is doing its best to be above partisan politics (not that this would assuage the Left, alas).

(Yes, my faith in Barr/Durham may be misplaced. But I have to rely on my instincts on this—whether it is merely wishful thinking remains to be seen. Will ultimately be seen.)

As such, Barr, with Durham must pursue the Russia hoax and put the (albeit far more egregious and threatening) election scandal on hold until such time as it must—unavoidably—be pursued not as a “partisan” cause, but as a national, Constitutional one.

That could happen tomorrow, or in a few days, or next week (or if I’m totally wrong, not at all, most unfortunately.)

I will stick my neck out and say that we’re all—all of us—grasping for straws, looking for something to latch on to (trying to avoid heart attacks?).

The SCIF link (above) may provide a modicum of such hope, so dearly sought.
    Here it is again:
    https://twitter.com/tom2badcat/status/1325124397729001472

Trump’s not quitting. Nor is his team. Barr is NOT part of Trump’s team and must be seen as NOT being so.

(But then I’m like a parched man in the desert at this point; though I’d like to believe that Trump and his team have this thing figured out. The only sticking point is will the Democratic-appointed judges respond in a judicious, non-partisan manner. And if so, then what…?)

    (And that’s all folks!…)

    Go get ’em, Honey badgers!!

  11. Listen to your President, America.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rTrdgy6YPk0

I will stick my neck out and say that we’re all—all of us—grasping for straws, looking for something to latch on to (trying to avoid heart attacks?).

It was prophesied that in the Last Days, the hearts of men will fail.

And Barry, your “straws” aren’t as weak as you believe. There is some doubt on which way Barr will flip. People, due to fear, paranoia, and demoralization, think he is Deep State. Perhaps, perhaps not.

The problem with conspiracy landers and a paranoid constitution is that people tend to see shadows and shills everywhere.

As someone who is an expert on conspiRACISTS, consPIRACIES, and the conspiracy land of paranoia, it is easy to see when people take it too far in their extreme fanaticism and dogmatism.

Humans are mind jacked by Satan. Witness the Leftist alliance’s behavior, then look in a mirror. Because what works on those humans, will work on these humans, even if they call themselves patriots and Trump voters.

  12. FP, Glenn started out strong but not so much anymore.

Glenn reads too much Leftist sources, due to his Libertarian tendencies. The brainwashing and mind control will take its toll over time, due to psychological warfare attrition.

Does not make him a bad person, just a normal human. Just like John Roberts, Mattis, McChrystal. Normal humans that bend under the Power of this Divine Storm.

Generally, people do not commit treason without being reasonably certain that they’re going to get away with it, yes?

But GB< certainly you understand that a lot of people have a hard time believing this claims of treason of yours. After all, it is the same reason why you think Ymarsakar is a "blowhard" and not credible. Where is the evidence? Where is the EVIDENCE that the Left is doing treason? They destroyed it, so you have no evidence. No trial attorney, no judge, no politician is going after these traitors.

Why not look at it from Occam's Razor pov… maybe they aren't going after them because there is no treason to find?

Just as you believe Ymarsakar is making stuff up and do not find any evidence to back up the claims, other people think the same thing about your "treason" CW2 talk.

I don't need to talk about CW 2 since 2007./ Others copy it well enough here and online.

  13. This witness demolishes the idea that Michigan law prohibits an audit of precincts which are not “in balance.” The local election boards have complete authority to do it. As Dr. Tarver points out, election workers are not properly trained, observers are thrown out or otherwise prevented from doing their legal functions, and the election boards don’t care and won’t act. Election fraud is rampant and has been for decades. This is the “soft bigotry of low expectations,” as she points out herself. There are no good reasons why elections in black areas in Michigan can’t be conducted legally and honestly.

  14. Ymar,

“But GB< certainly you understand that a lot of people have a hard time believing this claims of treason of yours. …Where is the EVIDENCE that the Left is doing treason? They destroyed it, so you have no evidence. No trial attorney, no judge, no politician is going after these traitors."

Those on the right who deny this is treason are willfully blind to that treason. In a representative democracy, widespread fraudulent voting is a direct attack upon Constitutional governance by the people and for the people. There can be no greater ‘peaceful’ example of treason.

There is an overwhelming amount of evidence. When people in California a few years ago saw a wall of smoke in the distance but the fire itself was still unseen, they had all the evidence they needed to know that fire was approaching.

If Biden is in the W.H. then yes, no effective pursuit of these traitors will happen. That however will not be the case if Trump’s lawsuits are upheld by the S.C. That of course assumes that the Left is unsuccessful in their predictable assassination attempts should Trump remain in office.

  15. On the substance of what happened in MI, see
    https://justthenews.com/politics-policy/elections/dominion-contractor-detroit-counting-center-says-thousands-ballots-were :

A contractor for Dominion Voting Systems, who worked at Detroit’s TCF Center on Election Day, has told Michigan lawmakers that she saw roughly 30,000 ballots being scanned multiple times by the counting machines.
The contractor, Mellissa **Carone**, who works as a freelance IT professional, made the allegations Wednesday night before a panel of Michigan House Oversight Committee members….

*Giuliani* asked Carone at one point in the hearing why more individuals have not come forward to recount similar experiences.
“My life has been destroyed because of this,” she replied. “I’ve lost family, I’ve lost friends, I’ve been threatened, my kids have been threatened, I’ve had to move, I’ve had to change my phone number, I’ve had to get rid of social media. Nobody wants to come forward. I can’t even get an actual job any more, because Democrats like to ruin your lives. That’s why.”….

  16. Geoffrey Britain @ 3:17 am
“How will you fight against it? …..Optimism is a necessary quality but when faced with fanaticism, insufficient as a solitary tactic. So what do you propose as a course of action?”

Great question. Here is how we fight it right now. Stayed engaged and don’t quit the field. Keep the pressure and light on them for “Everyone who does evil hates the Light, and does not come into the Light for fear that his deeds will be exposed. “ John 3:20.

Talk with people not in a petulant manner but with measured passion. Point them to blogs and posts where videos of ballots being destroyed, machines being scrapped and testimonies of what transpired. Ask them why the mantra changed from: “No fraud” to “Some Fraud” to “Not enough fraud to overturn an election”. Then ask them to explain how it is logical that four states “paused” counting the votes in the early morning. Then how 100K+ data dumps for Biden just dropped in. Put the burden on them to explain. Now they have to deploy critical thinking skills.

(That is one thing that gets me is that why no state legislature or governor has asked their Secretaries of State or their heads of technology to explain how this is possible. Then ask why the vote counting was paused for 4 hours.)

Other facts can be used like how is it that Biden was only popular in Milwaukee, Detroit, Philly, Atlanta and Pittsburg? Every other city he did worse than Obama. Then the voter participation anomalies. You don’t have to go to the issue of Dominion machines unless the person is receptive.

The meme of election fraud is filtering through the general population. My brother in law who is a staunch democrat and told me on Friday after the election that Trump lost fair and square now says there was “some” fraud going on but it happens all the time. That is where the Dr. Tarver video is so powerful. It lays waste to that argument.

Then point them to this blog and “Meaning in History” as these sites don’t deal in histrionics and hyperbole but will link back to the evidence. In other words a filter that allows a person to mentally go someplace “safe” in their assumptions. Use the Socratic method of questioning so they have to examine their base assumptions.

Next look for like minded people to join up and organize just like Obama would want us to do. I developed two tight teams that have decided to band together and stay in contact.

Continue to pressure all elected officials and bureaucrats and remind them of their oaths. They get tired of having to continually deal with an issue. It is like a roof leak. Drip, drip, drip until the ceiling collapses. They can ignore the laws, stack the deck but until actual violence is visited upon us the pressure goes on. More and more people will join in as with all Totalitarians, they are utter incapable of running anything capably. Think the citizens Milwaukee, Portland, Seattle and Los Angeles are going to put up with mindless violence when it leaves the minority community and hits the rich white suburban women?….Well Portland might. The capacity to suffer is long but you can see the embers of revolt appearing all over.

When violence is unleashed against you then you have the right of self-defense. Until then, civil discourse and civil disobedience is the rule. Our culture still values the free expression. We haven’t been cancelled out. If they do be sure to take a picture and video recording and report it to all authorities and friends. Have a record. Turn their tactics back on them.

This is getting too long so other ideas would be don’t shop or eat at certain stores or watch certain TV or radio program or patronize places that support cause you don’t support. Get off or minimize Facebook and use other search engines vs. Google. The more you dis-engage from their economy the more it hurts. The NBA is having second thoughts about social justice Lebron aside.
So, stay involved, stay vocal and impact what you can around you. The longest journey starts with that first step and we are all walking along side each other.

  17. Kate @ 10:09 pm – “There are no good reasons why elections in black areas in Michigan can’t be conducted legally and honestly.”

Amen and amen. I totally agree with you. One thing that I am starting to notice with the “walk away” initiative and with elected minority figures like Sen. Scott or Kentucky AG Cameron or Kim Klacik, Burgess Owens and Kanye. More and more of the younger black generations are removing themselves from the liberal plantation and saying so loudly. They think that they are as able as a Caucasian person. This younger generation is two generations removed from the 60’s civil rights movement and don’t think that they have to pay deference to those who were in the struggle. I think this trend will be on-going because they are future focused and not on the past struggles because outside of the grievance industry nobody cares.

With my kids they think nothing of having black friends. That is a hopeful sign.

  18. I go to Meaning in History, rather than GWP, because the former’s boss (ex-FBI Mark Wauck) is so serious about accuracy (while GWP sometimes shoots from the hip), and because so many of the readers at MiH are so knowledgeable.
