“The unhinged revolution is trying to make the U.S. into one big CHOP” — 9 Comments

  1. It is certainly one of his best columns and touches on many aspects of the current madness not always discussed by conservatives, such as the infiltration of leftism into the bloated Pentagon and the travesty of professional sports (the contempt of billionaire owners and millionaire athletes for the ordinary Americans whose support makes possible their ridiculous levels of wealth), but only time will determine whether this particular revolution will fully devour its unruly and violent children.

  2. This current Jacobin revolution will cannibalize itself much faster than the French revolution. Meanwhile push back will gather steam.

Trump should purge the Pentagon of all Clinton, GWB, and messiah appointees.

  3. Neo says, “Interesting that [Hanson’s column] appears on Bastille Day.”

Interesting that in France itself, a) Macron arranged for a scaled-down ceremony for la fête nationale that was closed to the public; and b) in other parts of Paris, there were protests against Macron’s mishandling of the COVID-19 pandemic:

“Medics in white coats replaced uniformed soldiers as stars of France’s Bastille Day ceremonies Tuesday, as the usual grandiose military parade in Paris was recalibrated to honor medics who died fighting COVID-19, supermarket cashiers, postal workers and other heroes of the pandemic.

Yet for thousands of participants in a protest across town, the national homage wasn’t nearly enough to make up for missteps by French President Emmanuel Macron and his government before and during the coronavirus pandemic. Riot police sprayed tear gas and unruly demonstrators hurled smoke bombs as the largely peaceful demonstrators marched to Bastille plaza [sic] . . . .

At the main Bastille Day event, troops sported [sic] masks as they got in formation, took them off for the ceremony, then put them on again when it was over. Macron made a point of donning his before speaking to WHO chief Tedros Ghebreyesus.”

No comment needed about the guest of honor or the timing of Macron’s “donning” of his mask.

  4. As the daughter of a holocaust survivor, we aren’t close to my idea of ‘peak’ insanity.

  5. When it comes to the point that there is no recourse or negative response to taking action, that is when the chop gets chopped… right now, the powers that be would hunt and find out who took action. but if it ever gets to that being negated, do not be surprised that one will wake up one morning and find a hundred bodies piled up all neatly taken care of. All one has to do is take a quick audit of who is on which side, who has what, and which has what expertise.

for those acting out now, going to far is not what they want to do…
in a country with the resources we have and many willing people, how far is the real question, before there is a real response.

  6. “Hanson isn’t ordinarily given to extreme statements.”

Neither is this an extreme statement. It’s indeed what the left wants, because it would derail the elections and with that the foundation upon which the country was built.

  7. Welcome to Ymar’s world, Hanson.

This particular article is written at great intensity, and he’s clearly alarmed.

Kind of late to be alarmed.

Just sit back and watch the fireworks. Not much else to do now.

By the time America wakes up to the war, it will be over.

  8. I’m not bitter or sad or angry like Hanson or others. I am actually happy. This world order is collapsing and Burning.

Pray that humanity does not need me or my faction to make it Burn more before the Purge is over.

  9. [Hanson has] become more bitter and more angry, as have most of us (I include myself).

Thanks. I was thinking it was just me.
