The latest from Project Veritas: exposing CNN — 17 Comments

  1. Yes, it is a “dog bites man” story. It does confirm the “CNN is not a reliable source for news” position.

  2. The question is, will the “whistleblower” be fired by CNN? On what grounds? I think I heard Veritas has already helped him set up a GoFundMe page.

  3. This should be a “blockbuster,” except that everyone on the right already knew that CNN’s coverage is biased and unreliable.

  4. Shreeeessssshhh…
Allow me to suggest that some superserious folks take a step or three back and watch post-season baseball.

  5. And then there’s this. Troll Level…God-Emperor

    Donald J. Trump
    @realDonaldTrump
Now that we have found out that @CNN is a virtual fraud, rumor has it that Jeff Zucker will be resigining momentarily?

  6. Well Y, this is newneo’s blog. Don’t like how she runs it? Then go elsewhere or start your own blog. It is rather simple, come to a party at my house you must respect my rules or leave, and instead have your own house party with your rules.

  7. “Um,” she whispered softly, lest she upset anyone, “is it possible that Ymar used a word that the non-intelligent Spambot found on the ‘put aside for human examination’ list?”

She added, so softly that only the teddy bear which sleeps with his arms around her each night to keep her safe could hear her, ‘I think I have even read that there are some cyber-robotic minders at some Internet weblogs who are extremely strict and do not allow human interference in their determinations.’

“And,” she thought but dared not say, “some people have reported instances where programs simply did not work as they were supposed to. I believe the technical term for such occurrences is “glitches,” “gremlins,” or */ssshh/* bugs. These are clearly programmed to occur by the Great Frog, for as anyone who has ever run afoul of a programming career has been assured over and over again, ‘the computer cannot make a mistake.’ I am ashamed to admit that some of us have come to believe that this is balderdash, like the idea that the Dems can make lollipops and other sweetmeats appear loading down the branches of the trees.”

  8. Why don’t airports have something else other than CNN? I was so sick of seeing them on so many big screens, even in Europe.

Where we get CNN, MSNBC, BBC – but not Fox.

We also get RT – Russia Today. Which hates Trump, America, AND the Democrats, so in that respect it’s actually more balanced. My youngest son likes them all better than local Slovak news.

  9. I noticed that the tv screens on the Garden State Parkway were running an infomercial last time I stopped at the rest stop instead of CNN.

Maybe it’s the start of a trend.

The infomercial was more informative. Something about hair loss.

  10. The value is that what was inferred has documentary testimony against interest. It will be a little harder to gaslight the viewers. A very little, and certainly CNN will continue to do its darndest.

  11. Nothing new here. The media long ago turned into Pravda for the democrats. The journalists are just shills for the DNC.

  12. I missed Ymarsaker’s response to my comment on 10/14/19

    I said,

“To reform, Islam would HAVE to declare Muhammad to have either been deluded or a liar, in either case Islam’s theological foundations collapse.”

    Ymarsaker responded,

“It seems I am the expert on religions here for this place.

Islam only has to declare that Mohammed’s cousins and uncles were delusional or liars. Mohammed only wrote the Koran. But Islamic dogma is based more or less on what subsequent Sunni writers wrote about Mohammed, in the surahs and commentary.”

That is at best, factually and theologically inaccurate. The Surahs and Hadiths added to the Qur’an but Muhammad was consistent in his assertions and reportedly, consistently acted in accordance with the Qur’an’s dictates.

Declaring Mohammed’s cousins and uncles to have been delusional or liars does not in any way counter Muhammad’s most basic claim; that he is NOT the Qur’an’s author, that Allah perfectly transmitted his words to the archangel Gabriel for transcription by Muhammad, who merely took dictation with Gabriel there to make sure that Muhammad got it exactly right down to the last comma…

To add to the veracity of his claim, Muhammad claimed to be illiterate and that Allah had miraculously enabled him to write down Allah’s transmitted words.

Regardless of how invalid that claim may be, in order for Islam to be reformed, the Qur’an MUST be revised and that is theologically impossible. As, fallible mankind is literally incapable of ‘correcting’ infallible Allah.

So to revise the Qur’an unavoidably requires that Muhammad be declared to have been in the profoundest of error, i.e. to be either delusional or a liar. In either case, Islam’s theological foundations collapse.

I have yet to receive a factual and logical rebuttal to that assertion, I’ve written of it many times on this blog and for Ymar to ignore it without rebuttal is simply intellectually dishonest.
