Dianne Feinstein accuses Brett Kavanaugh of having f***ed a pig in high school — 30 Comments

  1. really soon, no honorable man will let any lady into his office, home, etc… without a chaperone, or her consenting to a camera…

wait… its not like this never happened before
it did, and my description is the same response in the past when a ladies word, truthful or not, would have to be believed, regardless… and reputation was and is everything as shakespeare reminded us

the funny thing is that the decent guys are going to take action, like they did with kids and sports… ie. leave.. too risky… not worth it… and whats left? the deviates who think the risk is ok, and even better that the good guys are gone and have left

IF you dont think so, then read nyc statute:

This has lead to the arrest of two women who dared to eat donuts on a playground bench in Brooklyn (exposing kids to potential predators AND processed food!), and to the ticketing of seven guys who were playing on chess tables too close to a Mahattan playground (tables placed there by the city, but whatevs). The fact that the guys had been playing chess there for years and even taught some kids the game was of zero import

Remember the British Airways ban on men being seated next to unaccompanied minors on planes — a policy Qantas clings to still?

As i said, MGTOW is not about anything other than staying away from a society that deems you guilty because you exist… and the same with others…

    see:
Due Process for Sexual Assault Cases
The Sixth Circuit says the accused have a right to cross-examination.

which will make a LOT of colleges now liable to really really huge settlements for creating an extra judicial women favored legal system that denied the real legal system access and the targets adjudication and right to cross examine!!!

how did this even get created?
    i know..
the women have NOTHING to do with it, they are always blameless…

    no?

ok… then let me know why this 17 year old is protected from being revealed and eveyrone know the accuser?

ok… why is it when the woman is the perpetrator we do the same thing?

why is it when a boy or man is, we dont do that at all? we even deny them judicial process as a college court of feminist administrators proceed to destroy his life and put the fear of administration in him…

of course in all this we will not hear from innocent men who have had their lives destroyed beyond any repair and without any right to any compensation, nor any sympathy either after the world finds out they ground him into chopmeat for nothing

    watching gone girls is hard…
my life was like that, with fake murder investigation and more
    lucky i wasnt in college..

i would advise men to joing MGTOW. we made it for you!!!
I was part of that, and this was why… if you cant hope for equity and parity
then do not be in the game at all… if you find someone great!!
but do not sign up for the crazy train just cause thats what is expected
you can have a much better life withot that..
and THATS what MGTOW is about..

this should result in a surge of people (men and women. we have lots of women because they end up marrying men with prior families and get to see what their sisters do up close!!!!!!!!!!!!)

    whatever you do..
treat every one of them as nuts
    and stay away
that is the ONLY way to not have bad things happen
    this is PERSONAL advice…
yeah, most women are not that way, nor would go to those lengths
but you only need one in 50 years to completey wreck you forever
and you wont have any parity in court
    and outside… forever branded. .

like kavenaugh is, not matter what happens
he has that mark cause we stopped using chaperones to protect men
what? you thought it was to protect women?
from what? they have armies of men and family that would kill for them, duel for them, and even do so on the chance they may like a guy..

chaperones were to protect powerful men with families from this kind of thing

  2. I think Kavanaugh should refer reporters to Bill Clinton whether he thinks this likely to be true, and does he think it should disqualify Kavanaugh from seeking public office. Everyone should otherwise decline to answer until Clinton has weighed in, preferably with his wife present.

If Clinton is for some reason not available, there are other prominent Democrats with similar expertise.

  3. This is a bit more than I predicted at the start of the hearings. My prediction was that they would discover that Kavanaugh had dipped a girl’s pig tail in an ink well in grade school. But the gist is right. Find some charge of bad behavior going all the way back to the crib. It’s what the progs do.

I say that, if the accuser isn’t willing to go public, then it’s innuendo and best disregarded. If she does go public, she better be able to recall dates and details of said misconduct. If not, it’s rumor or a lie. The statute of limitations has long run out. Kavanaugh may have done something in his high school days that was less than honorable. (As have many men. Let the man without sin be the first to cast a stone.) If so, in the intervening years he’s tried very hard to atone for that. He is widely praised as a moral and ethical adult.

To the Senate Judicial Committee: Damn the torpedoes, full speed ahead.

  4. Kavanaugh unequivocally denies the accusation, and sixty-five women who knew him in the high school years have signed a letter testifying that he has always been respectful with women, then and since.

    It’s garbage.

  5. Make a little list of all the embarrassing sins an adolescent might have committed, and give a lie-detector test to the sitting Supreme Court justices. Once we’ve expunged all of them except for Ruth, we can move on to Congress.

  6. J,J, said: “But the gist is right. Find some charge of bad behavior going all the way back to the crib.”
Reminds me of the attacks on Romney from HIS high school days.

In this context, I’m watching “Advise and Consent”.
    What a hoot!

  7. If the accuser goes on record, and others are brought forward who will swear that the accuser has consistently told the same story to them over the years, that will be equivalent to what happened to Roy Moore–and those Te-rew Kun-servatives who participated in what happened to Roy Moore will have nothing to fall back on for Kavanaugh.

  8. How the progs ridiculed and excoriated Mike Pence for never dining alone with a woman not his wife! Not so funny now, is it, #MeToo?

  9. They did the same thing to Herman Cain. Where are the accusers now? My guess is they got a nice under the table payment and bought a condo in a hurricane zone.

  10. If democrats are truly sincere about wanting people to always believe the victims maybe they should stop weaponizing falsified sexual assault accusations against their political opponents so freaking often. The freaking democrats repeatedly using rape accusations that were later proven to be false to attack their political opponents is the very reason why every rape allegation now is taken with a grain of salt by anyone still has any common sense left. Has gloria allred submitted the yearbook to Moore’s lawyer yet for handwriting verification?

  11. The Dems are so intellectually and morally bankrupt that they have to recycle the failed Anita Hill ploy.

This liar’s name will surface by Sunday. I predict that she is a hard-core Leftist, pro-choice and unmarried. No husband would let his wife his wife do this.

The women at the girls’ schools have already figured out who this is. She’s affiliated with Stanford.

  12. How lucky that the alleged victims in these democrat provided alleged sexual assault stories always came out unscathed right at the last moment. How convenient that not even a stain of semen or description of body characteristics needed to be provided to prove the authenticity of their stories.

  13. 1. She says she’s been stewing over it for 36 years. That’s an admission she’s quite loosely wired. And not trustworthy.

    2. The incident as described could be made into something it wasn’t with just a wee bit o’ shading.

    3. It’s marginally more important than Mitt Romney having chopped off some youth’s hair in 1965. NB the destruction of the newspaper business model in the last 20 years hasn’t prevented them from devoting a great deal of manpower to certain topics when the spirit moves them. Sarah Palin’s e-mails. Ashley Kavanaugh’s e-mails. The late Mr. Lauber’s haircut (Mr. Lauber’s surviving relatives objected to the man being the subject of news stories).

    4. There’s a reason the raw material from background checks is kept confidential.

    5. You realize you’ll have to scrounge to find a street-level Democrat who objects to these tactics. The ones you will find will fall into one of four categories: (1) those without intense emotional investment in party politics; (2) lawyers with experience in criminal defense or, perhaps, civil trial practice; (3) people who’ve been subject to defamation; and (4) the old.

    Over to you, Manju

  14. The Dems are so intellectually and morally bankrupt that they have to recycle the failed Anita Hill ploy.

Hill actually worked for Thomas. The incidents had supposedly occurred 6-9 years earlier, not 36 years earlier. At least one person who’d known Thomas well in that era said he took an interest in pornography. She wasn’t particularly credible, but they weren’t in 1991 gouging the bottom of the barrel the way they’re doing here or the way they did to Roy Moore. (My wager is that Thomas made occasional off-color remarks to no one in particular and that she took something she’d heard he’d said around employee A, something around employee B, something around employee C and then added some embellishments. The employees in question didn’t think anything of it at the time and had forgotten about it in the intervening years. NB Thomas Sowell’s assessment of her testimony: nothing she recalled did she recall with a temporal or situational marker which could be cross-checked. The one thing which could be cross-checked was the testimony of her pal Susan Hoerchner, which undermined her account).

  15. By the way, for those who think Trump is coarse, they should study LBJ. He was protected by the press for the most part, though.

See George Herman’s account of an appearance by LBJ on an airport tarmac in 1964. He gave a speech marred by quite blatant intoxication (a Secret Service agent tells Herman: “Well, if aged scotch can make you drunk, he’s drunk”). Herman called his editors at CBS for guidance on whether to run the story. He said in 1991 that he was still awaiting their reply.

  16. Pathetic, but all too predictable.

Aging Democrat Senator, who was once quite moderate (“conservative” by San Francisco standards) faces a strong challenge from the hard left. She fears (correctly, in my opinion) she’s not done enough to mollify the shrieking socialist snowflakes which make up the base of her party in exponentially increasing numbers. What to do?

But of course! Single handledly strike a blow against the arch evil Nazi, KKK, AntiChrist Kavanaugh! Problem: He’s squeaky clean. Solution: I’ve got a letter from an unnamed woman accusing him of some kind of nefarious sexual something a long, long time ago. No, she’s not going to reveal her name. No, it’s never even been remotely hinted at any time in the past. No, I never shared this with anyone, even other Democrats. But, look what I’m doing, progressives! If Kevin de Leon doing this? Well, is he??

Kavanaugh will almost certainly be confirmed. And Feinstein almost certainly will be re-elected.

  17. It’s important to note that 35 years ago relations between boys and girls were very different. Girls were expected to flirt and boys were expected to make passes. Girls defected passes. There was lots of necking and petting. Parties often had kissing games. Sexual assault would be very rare at a party. The odds that Kavanaugh assaulted anybody in that era are slim.

  18. Trump may as well have nominated Amy Coney Barrett. The Dems would have thrown everything at her, but not this kind of thing, which seems the most toxic right now.

  19. Ackler is right. This is all about DiFi’s re-election campaign. The whole nauseating incident points up how even party “elders” are in thrall to the Dems’ hard left faction.

  20. Dianne Feinstein needs to retire. Politicians are already a waste of space, but she’s really a waste of space.

  21. Why is an 86 year old woman seeking re-election? Her life expectancy is 6.43 years. Her life expectancy in a non-demented state is shorter than that. She has a husband-thingy who lives and works on the West coast. They’re rich as Scrooge McDuck. Her daughter is retired. That she wants to spend her last years on Capitol Hill and is willing to go this low to stay there is pathological. A generation ago, she was top o’ the heather in the Democratic Party. What happened to her?

  22. This is DiFi’s Drive By.

On Thursday, Senators Spartacus and Harris will throw a fit and demand something. Expect Gillibrand to crash the vote.

    Trump wins 40 states.

  23. “The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.”

Democrats are doing evil, vile, nasty things. They should be punished by all good, decent people. They need to be condemned. They need to be excluded from polite society. They need to be shunned.

Anyone who refers to a Democrat senator as “esteemed colleague” or “the honorable, etc.” is advancing the cause of evil. Pretending that the Democrats are good and decent is an assault on all that is good and decent.

Business as usual simply reinforces their behavior. Make them hurt and it will stop.

  24. While I totally agree with the observation that a teenage girl could not simply “free herself” from two teenage boys, at least one a football player, who were intent on forcing themselves on her (meant to imply rape), there’s another point that hasn’t been mentioned anywhere that I’ve seen: “turned up music that was playing in the room to conceal the sound of her protests”. So they expected that others would intervene if they heard her protests? What did they figure those same people would do when she stumbled out sobbing and clutching her torn clothes?

That detail was added to make this seem premeditated, but actually makes it even less plausible.
