John Kerry, diplomat… — 20 Comments

  1. It sounds like collusion to me. Where is Mueller? Wouldn’t it be funny if Kerry’s defense expenses bankrupted Heinz ketchup?

  2. Wasn’t fired Acting AG Sally Yates interested in pressing Logan Act (i.e. it’s against the law for private citizens to interfere in the conduct of U.S. foreign policy) charges against Gen. Mike Flynn?

No one has ever been prosecuted under the Logan Act, but prosecuting Kerry’s blatant interference might be a good place to start testing the validity of this law.

  3. A very bad precedent, although it’s not a precedent since he did it previously. The guy really belongs in prison.

  4. Say what you may about the details of George W Bush’s administration, it will always be to his credit that he defeated Kerry in 2004.

PS people have been pointing out the double-standard of pushing the Logan Act against Republicans precisely because of Kerry’s former hi-jinks.

  5. the nazis WERE conventional socialists
its the communists that were at the most extreme
now we normalized that extreme, and conventional socialsits look like the right of bukharin

    they said so
read the magyar struggle as it was my struggle which was its continuation that he freaky austrian was fulfilling that.

how can you discuss this with all the obfuscation and head games played and assert you knoow these things while using the crap stuff spooned to idiots!!!

basically they were third way socialists with an idea that CERTAIN CULTURES they called races would dominate as engels said in the magyar when he said such would come forward, have a world storm (holocaust), and sweep these groups that did not want to give up their ways for communism…

read ALL the books, as that book was nearly 100 years BEFORE hitler
just as willi munzenberg was who the germans copied, not originated
in fact, the small country groups who were conscripted because unlike larger countries the US did not give weapons to…

National Socialism – Yad Vashem has things to say about it
    http://www.yadvashem.org/odot_pdf/Microsoft%20Word%20-%205941.pdf

On November 8–9, 1923 Hitler attempted to take
over the Bavarian government, but failed. The Nazi Party was outlawed and Hitler was thrown into jail. During his nine months in prison, Hitler penned much of Mein Kampf (My Struggle), a book that would soon become the National Socialist bible. It included what Hitler alleged to be his life story and his public declarations regarding Nazi ideology.

they ALWAYS leave out the MAGYAR struggle because it ties nazisms ideas directly to engels!!!

that the idea of removing hidebound cultures (like jews) who would not adopt the new ways, but would instead keep holding on to their own ways and not allow a homogeneous world society (diversity they way they used it causes homogeneity not diverse outcomes)

they ALWAY start the story either in his WWI place.. (saying he read things but not what he read given the time period)… or as vad yashem, in his prison where he writes my struggle

    why my struggle?
why try ot make yourself and your life story match the predictions of the prophets?
that way, those people would follow you as the messiah that engels said would come

Why Nazism Was Socialism and Why Socialism Is Totalitarian
    https://mises.org/library/why-nazism-was-socialism-and-why-socialism-totalitarian
My purpose today is to make just two main points: (1) To show why Nazi Germany was a socialist state, not a capitalist one. And (2) to show why socialism, understood as an economic system based on government ownership of the means of production, positively requires a totalitarian dictatorship.

you are all missing the history of the comminterm orders which say to do this to you… ie.you can read the orders that say do this to the americans…

Nevertheless, apart from Mises and his readers, practically no one thinks of Nazi Germany as a socialist state. It is far more common to believe that it represented a form of capitalism, which is what the Communists and all other Marxists have claimed.

What Mises identified was that private ownership of the means of production existed in name only under the Nazis and that the actual substance of ownership of the means of production resided in the German government. For it was the German government and not the nominal private owners that exercised all of the substantive powers of ownership: it, not the nominal private owners, decided what was to be produced, in what quantity, by what methods, and to whom it was to be distributed, as well as what prices would be charged and what wages would be paid, and what dividends or other income the nominal private owners would be permitted to receive. The position of the alleged private owners, Mises showed, was reduced essentially to that of government pensioners.

its not ownership, unless that conveys control – its ownership in name only

the reason you dont get thsi is that this is the model of communism that won AFTER wwii, and its the model the democrats follow. let you own what you own, but we tell you who you can do business with, how to do business, what your allowed or not to do, and how you administer it, and so on… they are in control..

the freaking quote for commuinism is not OWN the means of production
its CONTROL the means of production

    ford said:
I want to own nothing and control everything

    he knew what you dont
    ownership is nothing
    control is everything
    anyone can own anything
but if the state controls it
that ownership is a fake shadow

silly… why not study this old stuff
rather than the post modern confused thing to get you to sit and do nothing?
De facto government ownership of the means of production, as Mises termed it, was logically implied by such fundamental collectivist principles embraced by the Nazis as that the common good comes before the private good and the individual exists as a means to the ends of the State. If the individual is a means to the ends of the State, so too, of course, is his property. Just as he is owned by the State, his property is also owned by the State.

But what specifically established de facto socialism in Nazi Germany was the introduction of price and wage controls in 1936. These were imposed in response to the inflation of the money supply carried out by the regime from the time of its coming to power in early 1933. The Nazi regime inflated the money supply as the means of financing the vast increase in government spending required by its programs of public works, subsidies, and rearmament. The price and wage controls were imposed in response to the rise in prices that began to result from the inflation.

why not read the road to serfdom
its a nobel prize for proving socialism dont work
but written for the common man
    sigh

why not go bavk to what hilmar von campe was trying to say?
    sheesh.

  6. Huh … “The Logan Act” … the Logan Act … someone was just recently accusing someone else or his associates of violating the Logan Act …

Ummm, Ummm … I’ll recall it in just a moment .

  7. Two more things on Kerry: Now he is saying that picking John Edwards as his running mate was a bad decision. And he said a few days ago that he told Obama that not enforcing the red line in Syria was a bad idea. It sounds like he is trying to cover his a**, but isn’t that what he always does? The guy is a total fool who thinks he can save the world by just talking to the bad guys.

  8. Top tier of heroes in my book are the Swift Boat Veterans who revealed Kerry’s real “war stories” — not the tales he was flogging to the public and the press.
    “Ready to serve” NOT.

  9. Sessions should get a prosecutor to indict Kerry on Logan Act grounds.

Either enforce it, like against Kerry, or get rid of it.

  10. No worries, NOTHING happened in the 70’s, NOTHING will happen now. Lurch will continue on, Giggaloing as he does, not a care in the world. Laws, it seems, are for the little people.

I wonder if the Military medals he had on display in his Senate office were the ones he threw over the White House fence, or did Theresa buy him new ones?

  11. Romey–From what I’ve read, the medals that Kerry so dramatically tossed were ones he borrowed from someone else, and wouldn’t that fit the pattern.

  12. Kerry should have been in jail the last 40 years for treason for helping North Vietnam win the Vietnam War. Considering his generous helping of psychopathic character traits, some one should take a closer look at the plane crash that killed his wife’s previous husband.
